I have done 2 explore and a research but used advanced robotics to put one disc back on the track. It could be right I just want to make sure.

So i've used 4 influence discs but used three is that right? I'm not the best at updating, so in D'rek I trust.

Best way to check influence discs is just to add them all up. Without advanced robots or quantum grid, you should have precisely enough to cover each spot in your influence track. In your case, Tattersail, you have 1 more than that.

So you've got 6 uncovered spots in your influence track, then there should be 7 discs elsewhere. There are 3 in your action slots and 4 on the board, so the numbers are all there. Then just make sure that discs are supposed to be where they are - ie did I really do those actions and influence those hexes?
