If Tarrlok – Silanah – says “[insert alt name], I know you are Amon, Noatak, my brother. I am sorry, but I cannot let you do this to my nation.” it triggers his Redemption ability. This kills Tarrlok – Silanah – and whichever alt he targets. This is not subject to BPs as they are Night Actions only, however if Amon is targeted and has not yet done his Faceless Man jump, he may do so. Even if Amon jumps, if Tarrlok targets him with this, he will be considered to have fulfilled that part of his victory conditions.

Yeah, to spell out what I was thinking (this is kind of odd between shouts for Blend):

I thought Osseric was a baddy (he was one of the most off of the people on thread) and that Spite was just taking the logic bent (even though I was starting to see what people meant about him going overboard in his "defense" of Lio). I couldn't understand why everyone was so confident that Lio was Amon when we were running off very weak on thread evidence. And then, to have Lio declare himself Korra, I thought that was a very strange last ditch effort not to get lynched, but sealed the lynch just as somebody shouting "but I'm a finder!"

And then, I was expecting today to have to decided whether Lio was Amon or Korra. At least someone just killed me.

You have a dark secret, your father is Yakone, a powerful crime lord who threatened Republic City for many years with his blood bending abilities before they were permanently removed by Avatar Aang. Furthermore, you are almost certain that Amon is your brother, Noatak, and thus a water bender with the ability to blood bend without the need of a full moon. To trigger this ability, you must say the following on-thread: “[insert alt name], I know you are Amon, Noatak, my brother. I am sorry, but I cannot let you do this to my nation.” You will then perform a ninja action, killing both yourself and the player you have chosen, whether they are Amon or not.

You gave me an exact ability text that is 100% clear on what it means. And it is a nice and strong ability.
There are all kinds of ways a player who cannot vote can be exploited, pushed, harassed, or pulled into doubt.

But apparently,
1) the ability doesn't mean what it says in my Role PM when it targets people.
2) by the way you chaps handled this on thread (by being silent about it)it is now a whole lot weaker;
3) you let yourself be used: what Silanah and Galain did, was having you verify that they were indeed unable to have their vote counted.
4) That's something I cannot do, if I fake being targeted by incapacitate: because if I vote, my vote will count in the vote count.

4 good reasons why I, and on some level, you guys too, got fucked by the way they handled it. At the least point 1 and 2 ought to be clarified by you guys. Point 3 is a fucking severe implication. I am not going to tell you how to run your own game, but it is deliberate abuse of the system.

But forgetting about Point 3: I went here to ask, and since it is my ability, I kind of feel I deserve an answer because it will have a severe influence on my strategy (or what is left of it, as I am scrambling right now). As it stands, Galain (Korra?) kind of runs away with the game and by the way he handles things, I am not hesitant to say that he currently knows more about my fucking ability than I do as he manipulated it.

I am sorry, but YOU MAY NOT VOTE simply means you may NOT vote. It doesn't mean: "your vote does not count".
I am quite mad about the way you let people get away with this on thread without clarifying it to the ability's owner(s).

Yes, I have been a fucking fool in the way I played the game. Yes, perhaps I screwed Liosan over. Yes, the game is likely lost for my faction, or at the least, Lio will have to go solo when he jumps because I will be next on the lynch list.
But all that doesn't fucking matter: I am unclear about the effect of my ability, and that is something no player ever should be.

Spite is right here re: more information being given than was intended, and I didn't really think about it this way. Tapper, I apologize. But once I had made a decision, I had to stick to it.

This could crippled Team Avatar, and pretty much clinch an Equalist lynch. If Ano doesn't change this, the only chance that the benders have is to lynch Ano twice. And hopefully quickly before his Mecha Tank Blast recharges again.

As you have gained an ability, your Water bending has been reverted to a regular water bending action, rather than Pro water bending.

That being said, if the Lio lynch doesn't go through today, he has the potential to recruit again tonight (it goes to coin flip as of tonight). If he gets another recruit, he can jump to the other recruit and let Galain sink himself.

Was just looking at the numbers, it's currently 5 Equalists vs. 2 Team Avatar and 4 Republic City. If the benders don't get their shit together, they're pretty much screwed. That being said, the Equalists have no idea just how powerful they really are, so if they don't start getting some info on thread, they may just throw their selves under the bus. I'm really excited to see how the next couple of days go, especially considering how everyone's gonna potentially be at full power after Night 5. I am hoping that Shin goes Independent soon. It would be an interesting twist. And I really hope that Lio survives the lynch today, and is forced to use Desperation tomorrow. Cause that will change the dimension of the game even more!
