I currently think (and my thinking has changed on this) that either both or neither are scum. If Azath is lynched and comes back inno, then Tats is probably inno (assuming that Azath was not a symp and was therefore a real finder, then I would also assume that the picture thing is a trick, as I don't see there being two finder-type abilities). Dangerous assumption that Azath is not a symp, though.

If Azath is lynched and comes back scum, then Tats is probably scum too (because of his unwilingness to lynch Azath and because if Azath being a finder is a lie, then the picture thing is more likely to be telling the truth - if I've interpreted it correctly).


Of course Blend/Bubba could be scum. But I'm trying to do this logically. And logically speaking, we currently have two leads - Azath's reveal; and the pictures of Tattersail. If we have leads, then we should follow them to their conclusion, rather than embarking in a totally different direction.

My first preference is to lynch Tattersail (and thereby sidestep the risk of lynching a real finder for at least another day). My second and only other preference is to lynch Azath.

Edit: Took out Gnaw's name which had been with HO/Starling, as he's voted for Azath.

This is fairly close to my thinking. I'm prepared to vote for either of them, but I think we're more likely to get Azath's lynch today. I agree that we need to follow the leads we have, and Azath is going to keep coming back to haunt us.

Let me put this forward. Just believe, even if you don't, I am a finder (I am). If you lynch me today, who will the killers likely kill? Tats or Gnaw. Gnaw will become VPI, and Tats' reluctance to cote me today has made some people say that he will be inno if I am. I'd bet the killer(s) kill gnaw. Town will have lost a finder and a PI in one cycle if I'm lynched.

If I'm scum (hypothetically), lynching me will either win the game, or kill half the pair. I'd bet on a killer pair, as a finder could end the game day 2 with a lucky find if only 1 killer. You'd be halfway finished, and would have some leads yes, but even if I was a killer. Lynching me tomorrow instead would make you lose only a single extra townie and still have a good majority, and would let you take a chance this lynch without huge repurcussions later in the game.

Okay. So you are connecting me to Azath who I am willing to vote to get the lynch. Azath who through his posts have nothing to suggest he is not the finder. We get more information from him tonight, tomorrow. Yet you all are suggesting we lynch him. Scum would love to lynch a finder.

If he is scum and misleading us and he does not find a killer tonight we lynch him tomorrow. If he finds a killer tonight then we lynch that killer, if the killer turns out to be innocent then we lynch Azath. We can afford to do it that way. Doing it this way paints a big smile on the killers faces.

Why is it me that has to create the case? So that others can just vote along? As far as town goes this game they suck because they haven't done much themselves in the way of looking at this from every angle, creating case after case. We just have a bunch of followers.

Not quite. It may be that if Azath 'finds scum' who then turn out to be inno, it could be game over. So in that sense there is the chance that we can not afford to do it that way.

Personally, I was willing to take that risk. I preferred to have you lynched than a potential finder. My vote is still on you as a matter of fact.
