Fun fact, looks like we're all tied points-wise at 23 except for IH, who is at 32!

I control 4 Artifacts, so I will take 5 money, 5 materials and 10 science.
While I'm at it, please also colonise a Money planet and a Science planet on 2I and a Science planet in the Galactic Centre.
