Well that is why I insisted on having alternates before the game even started. Either Gnaw or IH are on deck to take over for just such an eventuality. Though whoever takes over is in a pretty bad spot.

Not going to happen. We have already put this on hold for two weeks, I'm not putting it on hold for another 3+. I'll probably give him until Friday and then I'll have an alternate step in. Unless you all are getting restless for a resolve and I will speed up that time table.

With this point in mind I say kick him out now and divide his territories among the players who have less then 6 SC's. Since EM is going to drop out eventually lets just do the same thing to him now.

As I don't open any of the orders until all are submitted I wouldn't have any way to know that orders had been changed anyway. So the short answer would be yes players would be allowed to changed their orders.
