Thats eight votes on mockra. On my phone. There are 2 hours and 40 minutes left. To be clear, that is NOT a lynch.
You’ve never heard of the Silanda? … It’s the ship that made the Warren of Telas run in less than 12 parsecs.

Oh no, not again. Either someone's vote didn't count, or he needs more than 8, or he can't be lynched.

Interesting. I'm not going to address the why, because there are a stupid amount of reasons why that could happen in a high TMDI game.
Vote Mockra
Hopefully that gets rid of the "can't be lynched" option.

So like Fener said someone's vote doesn't count or Mockra is actually someone important enough that he requires another vote. Maybe Galain was really (poorly) trying to symp someone important who requires an extra vote. Hoping someone else adds a vote just so we see what happens, but regardless of that, all kinds of questions now.
I feel like Galain hasn't been around for a while, is he maybe refraining from voting intentionally? Like hasn't it been pretty obvious for a while now that Mockra was the lynch choice?

Well, you can choose not to speculate as to why 8 votes didn't lynch him, but I'd like to do so. I'm also thinking that perhaps votes for someone in your own faction don't count.

I have no issue with the speculation, I would just rather let one or two options be resolved by PS and extra votes first.
No idea when Shin will be on next, but it would be nice to have someone/some people who has/have not voted for Mockra yet hang around until near timeout to see if we get a lynch with one extra vote before then. If we have no PS posts, or another saying there is no lynch, a pile on later in the day would suit me. Though that means voting pretty soon anyway. That could potentially rule out a few options as to why Mockra is alive now.

Hmm, must be more longer than a "wait a sec" though hopefully it's shorter than an "I'll get to it"

The paymaster came out of the shed and headed across the grassy knoll towards the food ration line. As ordered, Captain Ryoma slipped from behind the willow tree where he had concealed himself and ducked his head beneath the low beam as he entered the supply shed. He didn’t know what he was looking for, but General Mori had told him that if there was anything to be found, he would know it when he saw it. Something had made the General suspicious, and Ryouma was determined to do what he could.
He brushed some of the papers aside on the low table. The usual orders and receipts, nothing seemed amiss. He glanced around the room. Something wasn’t right. He slowed his movements down and did a slow scan of the room. There! The shadow in that corner was too dark somehow, too thick. With a cry he flung himself towards that shadow, ripping his sword from its sheath.
Twisting like an eel, a black clad man flashed from the shadow and darted for the door - where he was met by Captain Ryouma’s Lieutenants. Their swords rose and fell, until the man was more red than black.
When the paymaster returned, he thanked the men profusely with tears in his eyes. He had known something was wrong, but feared for his life if he spoke to anyone. Ryouma offered him some numb encouragement and went off to make his report.
Mockra (Sixty) is dead. He was Kage-za, the assassin.
Night can be resolved now, so I will go ahead and do so. Timer will freeze then as the beginning of Day 3.
Sorry for the delay. A demanding 8 month old can turn a 5 minute task into a 45 minute one.
