Chris Avellone (of Obsidian and formerly of Interplay, who published PST) has recently been talking about a Planescape 'sequel', possibly funded through Kickstarter. So, it could be that... though I don't think it would be a continuation of the Nameless One's story, and rather a new story in the setting/world.
Baldur's Gate (1&2) is being HD'd by Beamdog currently, and they've mentioned the possibility of BG3 coming from that. I think Interplay still holds the rights or whatnot. The Obsidian guys did work on Black Hound, which was essentially BG3 (a new story though, without the Bhaalspawn).
But I don't recognise any of the 'names' and such (Godhammer Citadel, Esenath, the Leaden Key, Glanfath) and I'm reasonably familiar with CRPGs, except for Dungeon Siege, so it could be the 4th entry of that. It could also be an Elder Scrolls game... there's several hundred years between Oblivion and Skyrim, and plenty Lore in the intervening periods that these names could be part of, or it could be 200 odd years after Skyrim. Dyrwood is a Scottish/Celtic/Gaelic surname, and Eir Glanfath also sounds somewhat Celtic/Gaelic. Godhammer sounds Norse to me, and Eir is a Norse Goddess from the Poetic Edda.
My bets... a new franchise/fantasy world, either with a Celtic/Gaelic and Scandinavian flavour, or something like Darklands which was an RPG set in medieval (?) Germany, but with the fantasy elements and folklore (God and the Devil and monsters and that) actually existing.
