So, someone has set a dude in armour in a botanical garden in the jungle section. Really?
But wait . . . it would probably look better if someone had . . .

Are you daft? It's a CITY...in a JUNGLE!
They came with white hands and left with red hands.

Hopefully in this installment we finally discover the identity of the legendary back-facing man who graced the covers of The Crippled God and Orb Sceptre Throne

This is not an Esslemont cover.
There's not a single nautical craft on it.
Unacceptable.

I love the background and temple. But I HATE the warrior and thus I can't stand the cover!

I agree, the cover would be a lot better without the dude there.

It looks like a medieval warrior has wandered into Uncharted

A+ for concept (City in the Jungle, indeed!) but C- for execution.
Also, what the heck's up with that sword grip? Is he getting ready to swing backhanded or something?

"Here is light. You will say that it is not a living entity, but you miss the point that it is more, not less. Without occupying space, it fills the universe. It nourishes everything, yet itself feeds upon destruction. We claim to control it, but does it not perhaps cultivate us as a source of food? May it not be that all wood grows so that it can be set ablaze, and that men and women are born to kindle fires?"

Methinks that cover isn't quite as original as the publisher's think.

No boat, just green...and silly looking guy. And I see him under skirt. Jesus, can someone, please!, make middle age warriors in way they would look...and not like some B-rate movie? But I like different colour style of cover... not good in detail, but...

I cannot believe they've dumped Ship!
The cover would have been much more impressive if it was a ship in the middle of the jungle...
