Guys, again, sorry for the low post fest, but it was really all I could do. I'm sure future games will see instant lynches for low posting.
Roldom, your reveal was so awesome for the game.
I was ready to have KL throw me under the bus to have a chance to win, glad it didn't happen.
Brujah, why did you vote so early then leave, knowing there were 2 of us out there? Risky
KL, you were a great partner, enjoyed it. Last night was my favorite because I actually got to participate in the thread with everyone

I was a broken man by then. I had exhausted every possible scenario. I figured it was just as easily anyone by then. Honestly, though, Telas atrahal and I didn't trust each other. Plus I don't think we could have chosen Kaschan over the others. I listed every pairing between Telas, Rashan, Kaschan, and atrahal and I couldn't see us choosing Kaschan over each other. Plus JLV was right, I was about to go sleep forever. Figured, hell, go with the last towns dying choice. Left me and Telas, and I wanted to be able to trust Telas. I wanted to trust Tellan at the end so bad I removed my vote, but mostly I wanted to see Kaschan and rashans votes. Rashan and Kaschan split their votes on Tellan and atrahal. Soooooo. If atrahal WAS luckily scum, I figured Telas and Kaschan would back me, then we kill Rashan. Had Telas and Rashan backed me, we kill Kaschan. I decided to not even consider one scum hammering the other. Didn't want it in my brain.
That was why I chose atrahal, but as for why I didn't wait, well I didn't see it mattering. I thought that if I didn't vote, they might pick atrahal or me. I knew it wasn't me, so I tossed the last dice. I doubt I could of chosen Kaschan for scum over the others.

Good good, something new to explore!
We don't have a Tulas Shorn though, so I shall confirm for Sorrit for the moment but you probably meant someone else.

Since when do finders CF as finders?
I've seen that in a low TMDI about once in the last 20 or so games.
I've seen that in a low TMDI about once in the last 20 or so games.
I should of checked more games. When we worried about Kalse's reveal I checked the last two low games. The first one, Cartel game, Korbas died CFed finder, and the second I checked was Malazan Idol, but silanah was the finder, and Sils death ended the game. Didn't see the actual death post.
I thought you guys evolved your rules over time. Went with the only finder death in a low game I could remember. My biggest issue wasn't just that, it was the odd scenario that went with it. Kalse revealed saying he found BOTH killers. I was like, Wtf game has been over, why would he wait. Then he changed his story to one might be the symp, which we all thought wasn't true, and this scenario would sure be convenient when a town would cf town when we lynched the first one. It seemed shady to me.
I understand one thousand percent as to why I was wrong now that I know there was even a chance at the finder not showing up at his death. That was my 4th game, I'm learning A LOT each game. But you guys are so nice about it when new players don't know things, so THANKS for that. I appreciate the patience. Geeze.

Dude, had you gone "oh, well that's what it was in the last game, guess I was wrong, let's look at a different strategy" that would have been the end of it. The fact that you kept pushing that fact, and that strategy, was what pissed me off. And once it had been shown that finders did not CF as finders, your strategy fell down. I get that you are trying to do different things with the game, but this sort of thing is what players who have been playing for longer know already, and it doesn't make sense that you would challenge such simple and widely known info.

I followed Brujah's example (which just shows you how stressed modding apparently makes me) and went for a long catch-up sleep.
Thank you everyone for playing and I apologise for the hiccups. I must say when I wasn't having mental breakdowns I really enjoyed myself and I think it has given me quite a different perspective of mafia that I can hopefully utilise for future games.

HiddenOne. You son of a bitch. You slimy, skulking, low-posting scumbag. You knew it would come to this. Roundabout, maybe. Tortuous, certainly. But here we are, you and me again. I started the train on you so many many hours ago, and now I'm going to finish it. Die HO. Die. This is for last time, and this is for this game too. This is for all the people who died to your backstabbing, treacherous, "I sure don't know what's going on around here" filthy lying, deceitful ways. You son of a bitch. Whatever happens, this is justice. For me, this is justice. Vote HiddenOne Finally, I am at peace.

so that's twice you've killed me due to that game where I got you killed after befriending you?
The bitter sweet of it is, I used your lynch to win the game which was good for me, but now have died twice as a result of this.
Am I finally off your list?

I get what you're saying, and I can't speak for Brujah, but in my case (I was the other one that pushed the Finder CFs finder thing - i.e. Liosan) I felt that because I had already committed to that, I had to stick to what I was saying. I try not to contradict myself on thread so as not to give scum (and other town) something so obvious to latch to to try to get me lynched. Anyway, I was going based off that same game as Brujah mentioned, I guess, though I felt like it had happened more than once. Then I realized I was the finder whose lynch lost the last game (89.5), and he's right, there was no finder CF, but I felt like there had been... It was end game and I didn't really remember, obviously.
*shrugs* Either way, I don't think that would have made much of a difference. The FIND on SL showed him as scum to Kalse, so when Kalse revealed and we lynched SL, and she came back inno, I was convinced Kalse was symping. Anyway, was fun arguing with you lot regardless!

Fair enough. It just wouldn't be a mafia game with me in it, without me making at least one major screw up each game. In Espers game I killed all 4 scum at the same time to lose/end the game for us. Vigged taps, 1 scum, instead of ANYONE else who would of been town, Tellan may have not chosen Rashan had I not info dumped, 2 scum, it was a suicide vig so I killed myself, 3 scum, and it left Liz all alone unable to takeover the scum Espers which lead to her death, 4 scum.
I don't know why I love women
That love to do me wrong
Don't know why my life sounds like A heartbroke country song
I ain't really happy
Unless the sky starts driving rain
Maybe I just get off on the pain
My whole life I been picking fights
There ain't no way to win
Got a hundred scars I should have run away
Now tattooed on my skin
There's a side of me that just won't stop
Dancin' in the flame
Maybe I just get off on the pain
Cause I love the long shot
And the left out lost causes
Hanging out in the back of the pack with the dark horses
I ride the wrong road just as fast as I can
God knows there's no one else to blame
Sometimes I think I get off on the pain
And when you're Gone, you stay Gone, or you be Gone. You lost all your Seven Cities privileges. - Karsa

No need to apologize, thanks for hosting the game. It was awesome. I like how it all happened. I think we shouldn't give HO and KL too much crap about low posting. It worked for them. You can tell they were more active that it appeared by reading their off thread comms. Their low posting help win the game for them. It was a perfect tactic, that may have saved their asses. I think they did a hell of a job. They still managed to place their votes in the right place. Their splitting votes on Atrahal and Tellan at the end was a good job, too.
It was funny when I read SH, and saw where HO and KL were just as clueless as town about Roldy's reveal. I believe it was HO who said 'What the hell is going on?' and KL answers 'I have no idea'. Lol. It's funny that we were all like WTF.

I knew exactly what was going on.
Unfortunately, given the reveal happpened when I slept and I came back with 20 min on the clock, I wasn't really in a position to do anything about it.
