@ Obdi & Brujah:
But I don't think it really matters if you do the honours yourself already, might save us X hours for more draft goodness

Alright folks. I used the 2 lists Grumble and Venge sent me to make the draft order. Don't forget it's a snake draft, so if you have the last pick in the 1st round you'll have the first pick in the second round and so forth.
1)brujah. 2)tattersail. 3) HD. 4) Stalker. 5) SB. 6) grumble 7) obdi 8) twelve. 9) ShanRawr. 10) Venge. 11) Tapper. 12) bliss
I'll put up the draft thread in about 16 hours or so and we'll get started. Remember you have 18 hours to make your pick or you'll be given the highest available player on the yahoo list.
Good luck all!

Ahs orry guys, haven't beenable to devote any time to it until just now (tied up with Olympics delight and some family bits) and missed the boat! I will therefore scrutinise all your matches and provide a plethora of mocking sarcastic comments so I still feel like I'm involved and don't miss out on what is essentially the best part: the sledging!

Posted this in the draft thread, deleted there, reposting here.
C'mon guys. I can understand how totally useless it seems to even draft players knowing that I'm in this league, and none of you have a chance at winning, but you guys can still battle for second place.
Don't be such babies. Silver ain't so bad!
But the Gold is mine, bitches!

Says the person who drafted Cam Newton #1 overall. Lol.
Leagues are won on the waiver-wire anyways.
Leagues are won on the waiver-wire anyways.
Trouble arrives when the opponents to such a system institute its extreme opposite, where individualism becomes godlike and sacrosanct, and no greater service to any other ideal (including community) is possible. In such a system rapacious greed thrives behind the guise of freedom, and the worst aspects of human nature come to the fore....

I figured I could of gotten him with my 2nd or 3rd pick, but since it's a snake draft, I didn't want to risk it.
It'll give me another thing to pull for when I'm watching the Carolina games, this season, especially since we'll possibly only win 5 to 7 games.
It's better than just drafting the highest value player available! I'm a GAMBLER!
I'm like Dale Earnhardt, or Ricky Bobby, I play to win, or crash 'n' burn for going for it too hard.
I'm still gonna take you down, HD! You're on TWO of my lists, now. You're fucked, son.

I wondered that, but wasn't sure. If so, sorry.
And I don't know if even Kenny Rogers would have taken Newton 1, but hey, if he's as good as last year or better it's worth it.
Obdi gets MJD at 7. If he ends his holdout anytime soon and gets his ass in camp, that'll be a steal.

I have faith in My Man Maurice.
Anyway... so if 12 does not pick, do we as a league pick for him? and if so, do we pick well or is he getting the Seattle Defense?

We should still probably decide what happens if someone does miss their pick.

It's already been stated that they'll get the highest rated player still left on Yahoo's board.
