Just read the rest of my texts,
I'll not even pretend to understand the context but they made me laugh.
What's the lobes about?"

The lobes - Mrs Paleman said something along the lines that she thought you were really lovely when Cougar was texting you and your reply to Cougar said that you lobed my wife - an obvious typo but keep your dangling ear bits away from her! :-) :-) Made us laugh!

Indeed, it took a lot of effort to stop her from punching your pasty pale cardboard nuts - couldn't have it collapse during mid ear tongue from Cougar after all. Off to bed now - church beckons in the morning. God bless mate.

This year's barbecue has created the Great Mal's Eyelash Shortage of 2012. For the night was dark and full of Aquavit.

Don't look now, but I think there's something weird attached to the bottom of my posts.

Sunday afternoon, home from a Bill & Hazel BBQ. Usually it's straight to the bathroom for a quick puke then the rest of the afternoon in bed. This time I feel great. I discovered self-control at last. Best BBQ yet in my book, but it may be simply because I can remember it. Thanks so much to Bill & Hazel, they're so generous that Bill even gave me his wife!! I'll leave Fid's photos to explain the rest but I will confirm that we finally found a good use for Morgy's traditional bottle of Aquavit.

First of the picture posts.....

Here we have the seemingly innocent BBQ. I mean what could possibly happen. What is this strange cardboard box. What could be inside it. Oh no....

Mezla, Morgoth, Cougar and Paleman, Malaclypse and TT (and 2D Macros)

Now that the photos are out of the way....

Thanks Mal and Hetan - you are just the hosts with the most (apart from eyebrows) Your hospitality was overwhelming and I am delighted to have you as friends.

Mr & Mrs Paleman - you add so much to every BBQ - so glad you were able to join us - and for not being to hard on us about the cricket.

Mezla - lovely to savour some wine with you - see you at London meet-up with all the gang including Toby and STD.

Morgoth - bearer of akevitt - you bastard - but a delightful person to spend the day with - just bring the lovely Sara next time.

Cougar and Cat - ridiculous to the sublime. Not sure if the educational establishment should allow this man to teach after what we saw. Cat more than compensates though - someone interested in some of our more at risk buildings.

Everyone else was just 2 dimensional (or too dimental)
