Which part of the blurb is false? Keep in mind that our sources on the Elder ages, especially the Tiste races, are notoriously unreliable and biased.


Perhaps he was referring to how it claims KG was important to "the fall of the Malazan Empire", but there was no fall of the Malazan Empire in the main series? (It does kind of sound like the person who wrote this just knew that the main series is called MBotF and so assumed the Malazan Empire falls in it)

nope, it was the comment about Urusander longing for Ascendancy, etc. - not a huge thing but clear evidence that the writer of the blurb doesn't know what they're talking about.
