Two competeting cults battling for recruits seems like a reasonable set up. 3 would seem like an aweful lot and be pretty messy. Maybe Silanah can recruit people back to town? That seems like something the Emperor could do perhaps a couple times. Maybe that explains him thinking people are scum then suddenly going off them. Or Ouchi could have pinched an Ikki back I suppose.


Anyway I think best thing is to vote D'riss he needs what, 6 to lynch? So it'll put him on L-2 with plenty of time to go. Guess we should wait for everyone else to show up for politeness and if anyone has something new to bring to the table

I know Okaros' name keeps popping up as a possible recruiter, though never backed up by anything really solid, and I'm still bugged by the way Khell bitched out on Gamelon for putting him at L-2.

I've got nothing on them, to be honest. They're practically non-entities. Omtose less so than Serc, Serc's drive-bys are irritating.

Well Okaros was under the gun for being the Ouchi recruiter. However with Rashans reveal I put that aside as I believed Rashan initially and his reveal is still holding up at this point. Also the case was made by Korvalain and Rashan, so you know at the time was reasonable but seeing their CF's its much less convincing.


Serc is weird, in a game of recruiting his has been the only kill not from lynch or modkill. And he used that Vig early, I don't understand that, he wasn't under pressure to be lynched so why Vig? And on Sorrit as well which seems like a strange target to have picked, he didn't strike me as scummy, although I think Silanah said he found Sorrit scummy, but that early on with so many players, seems super early...

After that I think Serc has had his head down. I don't recall Serc making waves at all or posting a lot? He seems like an ideal guy to have been recruited.
That Vig doesn't make a lot of sense to me, I wonder if he could kill or recruit but worked out that he was the only one with a kill and quickly claimed Vig and recruiting ever since? Thats a super paranoid stretch though.

I don't have a real read on Omtose, they don't strike me as a recruiter, possibly a recruit. I know on Day 4 when it was between Omtose and Atrahal for the lynch I found Omtose to be much more likely to be town than Atrahal. However, lately Omtose seems to have gone to ground. I don't seem to recall a lot of posts from Omtose recently, he was much more active earlier in the game so now its hard to say. Possibly a recruit but thats everyone at this point.

I don't have a read on Gamelon or in fact Tellan either, I don't really recall that Khell bitching about Gamelon? Was it that Gamelon is a low poster and should be lynched instead of Khell?

Really at this point we need to see the D'riss CF and go from there if the game is still going.

If Rashan lied about Driss being head Ouchi Honcho (in which case it'd be the most harebrained insane scheme ever, that exploded in a hilariously spectacular fashion), I'd proabably look at Okaros or Gamelon for the Ouchi recruiter.

The counselor paused, his brush in mid-air as if questioning the nature or strength of what he had just written. He sighed, his hand just wasn’t steady enough to write as he wished. If he could have expressed explicit words through his Noh dancing, he perhaps could have convinced them of their err. He had long since seen the writing on the wall. Literally that is - several ministers had written threatening accusations on the shoji paper in the entrance of his low-slung house. Accusing him of bribing others. Accusing him of being, of all things, a samurai in minister’s clothing! With what money? Yes…yes…he had money hidden under the rock in his garden. Well, he would not give them the satisfaction of grilling him for answers. He let his brush fall and twirl in one final flourish on the paper. He looked at it, and thought “There! There is the emotion the rest of the writing lacked. All I needed was the proper inspiration.” He took his personal seal, and stamped the bottom of the paper.

The others found him a few hours later, the tanto which he had used to slit his throat next to his outstretched hand and his final will on the writing table.

D’riss (Lady Bliss) was Shonagon (Bribed - Minor Counselor of the Imperial Household and member of the Ouchi group). Cultural specialty was Noh Dance. She’ll never dance again…….
