Thinking back on it, that Tennes "I'm voting here because Silanah is" vote back on day 1 pops back into my head. I'll have to take a look at possible D'riss-Tennes interaction myself, but there is the added issue that even if they are linked, D'riss may not have been actually recruited until the night just past for all we know.
But I won't be doing any of that now, because I'm off to bed!

Ok, looking back, I don't like the super speedy Emur lynch.
In particular, Atrahals role in it.
I think you pushed the lynch before the liosan train had any steam.
Atharal swung it IMO
Lol, I knew you'd say that. Let's have a look at what I said, shall we?
That's what I said when I voted. After that, I didn't say anything at all about others switching their votes.
The reason I changed my vote was because D'riss' "I find Emur totally un-suspicious" comment after Rashan had pointed out a potential link made me uneasy.
In fact, I would argue that the real swinger was Silanah. Seeing our Emperor jump on made a lot of people more confident about it, I would wager.
These posts make me feel like Atrahal had already planned ahead, having a defence ready when making his original post.
I also don't like that he argues that Sil swings the train. It's a weak argument in the first place (CI =/= infallible) and arguing it serves the purpose of essentially saying that no-one looks scummy for swinging the train/there's no point looking at it.
In particular, Atrahals role in it.

I'd like to play, but I fucked up, and I'd prefer if we got my inevitable attention out of the way tonight so we don't waste time with it tomorrow.
I still think it was a good lynch, easily recruit-able and whatnot, but the way I swung the vote is suspicious even to me, so that's my reasoning here.

I think one of the difficulties at the moment is not just busy players but also a lot of the cases are really weak, partly because there are fewer posts and so fewer chances to look at interaction, fewer NKs, fewer chances to look at connections and a general feeling off a lot of players that makes us suspicious but having very little on thread to use to back up these suspicions.

Okay, now that he's gone, let's lynch him before he can talk (spam) his way out of it... slippery bastard.

Ofc, by then voting Lio, he can't be accused of defending him (even if the lynch had failed). I don't like how he's directed the trains here. With the amount of votes Lio had previously had, that lynch was inevitable, particularly given the speed of the switch (something Atrahal points out is odd when voting him).

Ok, I'll reply to this and then go
Okay, first, what's your point? Presumably, you're trying to say that I had an agenda in swinging the lynch from Liosan. But, Liosan turned up town too, dude, so why would that have been a bad thing even if I was doing it with a secret agenda?
Second, yes, I did in fact know how to defend myself should I be accused of having swung the lynch. Because I knew it would happen if Emur turned up inno. No, I did not tailor my original post to make sure I could defend with it, but I did know how to use it AND other evidence to demonstrate the weakness of accusing me of orchestrating the swing.
Third, the Sil argument is entirely valid. I am not arguing that CI = infallible, I am arguing that people have more confidence (innate or otherwise) in doing whatever SIl does because they're CI. After Sil came on board, so did a lot of the other votes in quick successions. I'm merely stating what happened.
Fourth, I did not say there's no point in looking at the train. Indeed, I pointed out that I felt if anyone's vote looked suspicious, it was Ruse's.
Fifth, to repeat the first point, what is even the point of all this?

What's that term that D'riss used?
What's your case here? That I THOUGHT Liosan was my cult leader, steered the lynch to Emur, and then when voted Liosan in order to not be associated with him??? This is idiotic, everything you say rests on Liosan being scum, which he wasn't.
And just because you say I directed the lynches doesn't make it true. I didn't start either of them, and neither did I encourage them to any extent. Evidence please, other than random statements.

While normally i'd be inclined to agree here I actually think Sil's vote did influence the switch in this case. Nobody was very certain on either player, there was a lack of confidence over the chances of either of them being scum, then one player seems so certain amidst the confusion, that is, Rashan and town thinks, well, does he know something? Is he possibly roled? And starts to doubt itself more, in that case, seeing sil voting for one option over the other probably did influence people.
The vote was placed at quite a crucial moment though, i'll grant. I think there was a certain lack of force behind it. In saying that, the whole d'riss thing still is confusing me, since he seems to be getting linked to pretty much everyone on the emur case though I saw it more as everyone jumping at shadows in amongst the general uncertainty.

Not much on Sorrit, he was initially after Mockra and then did this analysis of the lynch train. That's the last post I saw.
Barghast, Rashan, Tennes and Olar Ethil all seemed to be on his radar, but he didn't build a case against anyone since his earlier votes for Mockra.
I noticed Sorrit also accuses D'riss of getting Emur killed via fake sympage (or sort of makes an accusation like that, then says he'd vote him if he thought D'riss was clever enough to do that). Not a major thing but thought i'd point it out since D'riss doesn't mention it.
