I really hope he comes back as the recruiter. I would love to be wrong so we could go after the shields... but, I just don't see his CF coming up anything other than town.
If He comes back Town, I will likely be voting Sorrit or Tennes tomorrow. Sorrit as a Shield, Tennes as Cult.
If he comes back as Cult, I'll probably be going after Sorrit. ( Though I expect i'll probably be lynched if he comes back Cult)

I'm sure Khell is laughing his little piggy ass off.
But, truth be told. If he comes back inno, I think we got some good info. I would be surprised if there wasn't 1 or even both shields on that train. (Knowing that their boss was on it and all)

the piggy was also on OE's train, don't forget.
it does give us some (non-shield) CIs if he's town.
which is one of the main reasons I was ok with lynching him--we need some clarity.

The Pig Tried to Trick us on OE. There were plenty of People around to hammer without him. He was trying to make us think that he thought he was hammering. Was a good try, luckily there was a cross post hammer or there would have been a ton of WIFOM.

The body was found in an ally laying face down in a refuse heap. Noone could see a mark on him but everyone was afraid to turn him over to see who it was. The stench was probably playing a big part of that as well. Then someone had a bright idea to check his pockets. They said maybe they might find something to help determine who he is but I think they really wanted to lift any valuables from the corpse. Times have been tough for all these days.
But sure enough there was a letter with a strange seal on it found in one of the pockets. Someone said
"Hey I recongnize that. I saw that traveler that was staying at the inn kept reading it once over a meal"
"Well read it what does it say?", Someone else asked

A once prosperous region within the kingdom has had a steady decline in tax revenues sent to the capital. As an agent of the King you have been tasked to go and find out what is going on and has authorized you to take whatever actions are necessary to correct the problem. If it’s necessary to create a leadership void so he can appoint a steward then do so. Do not fail.
The people looked at each other and silently wondered if this was their only hope of being free from the tyant laying dead at their feet. God they hoped not.

An FM, huh? Sounds to me like he was town through and through. And not just town, but town's strongest role.
If PS really didn't let him reveal, than that's really bad luck for him. Still, it wasn't exactly smooth play

obviously, he shouldn't be able to use PM details to corroborate his story, but a mechanics reveal should not be an issue. it's up to us whether to believe it or not, after all.

Think about it. Right now Fener is directing his 2 shields with his early vote. He's making it easy for them. Who was the first person to jump on, the first person to get aggressive after cruising the whole game?
