There was an Aliens vs Predator vs Marines game a long time back, in which I think Morgoth was the Predator (may be wrong on that). There was only one Predator while the other two were essentially factions. But the Predator had like night and day kills, several BPs, and god knows what else. He tore absolutely everyone to shreds and won at a canter

That was Aliens. Morgy got that role (I still maintain that it is the most awesome role ever created. ) He had a lynch bp that he didn't know about. He automatically killed the first person to attack him, he couldn't be recruited, had a day kill and a night kill (he could not use one of his kills and do a find instead, that didn't happen) I believe he also had 2 additional BP's. Man was Dibs pissed when he got to SH about all of that... Plus all he had to do to win was to kill off all of the aliens. Which town helped him do, not understanding that they had to kill him (The predator is a alien) to win.

predator had
-lynch BPs
-NK BPs

he'd auto-insta-kill the first person to target him
he was told anyone that targetted him with any kill action

also, his win conditoin was to get rid of aliens and company.

oh, and JA was the only infect-proof town, and BOTH company kept trying to infect him.
the second time we ran that game, it was slightly better balanced.

and the second time around, the Predator was 2 people, JA and DiBs.
