Michonne still sucks, the isolated cabin guy within walking distance of a town was nonsense, but everything else about this episode was awesome.

I agree, when they let her fight she's very cool...but otherwise....HOLY SHIT LADY OPEN YOUR FUCKING MOUTH AND SAY SOMETHING. She could have stopped Merle when he took Glen and whatsername. She stays quiet FAR too often for my liking.

Andrea is the show's new card-carrying, I'm as stupid as they come, troglodyte. Congratulations Andrea, you're now Shane without ANY of his survival skills. *clap clap* Braaaaaavo. Die lady, just die already.

But yeah, everything in the prison is spot on naturally. I care very little about the Woodbury proceedings, and to be honest I'm just waiting for someone to ice the Governor, or nuke the damned town. It's a side story that just serves to annoy me. It COULD have been interesting, but they needed to include Rick and Co. earlier against them.

Though this will shape up to be some epic throw downs come spring.

and yeah, Winter Finale's can eat my ass. I'm going to be really glad when they cease doing them.

Oh yah, Andrea, the civil rights lawyer who falls head over heals in love with the first fascist she meets. But her behavior has never fit her back story, so it hasn't been actually out of character, just consistent in its dumbness.

The first Compendium holds issues 1-48, the second holds 49-96. The omnibus editions, on the other hand, hold 24 issues each I think. The Volume collections are like 1-6 for Volume 1, not sure if it stays 6 issues each or varies by story arc. In other words, there's tons of collections out there, but the Compendiums are by far the biggest.

That's the compendium. I haven't actually read the comics yet, and didn't know something that size existed till you brought it up, so thanks!

And this saddens me because her character arc in the comics is one of the highlights.

This thing is giant. It's like 1 1/2 in thick.

The compendiums are pretty awesome and in the event of a zombie attack they serve as both a means of defence AND attack.
Should be a number on the spine indicating where it stands in the series.

You should check the usual sellers to be sure but i suspect that's in the range of 50% off.

It's 33.99 at amazon, and therefore qualifies for free shipping even on its own.

Again, haven't read them yet, but the comic's reputation outshines the show by a pretty wide margin as far as I know.

Im only worried that when I do read them itll take away some of the awesomeness of the show?

not for me.

though people are strange (different) :)

Its not less awesome....yet the experience does become different..you know certain characters and certain major plot points that are happening but you still have no idea whats going to happen to them since they change it up so much...

I still find myself at the edge of my seat watching the show, even though im up to date at no.104 in the comic series.
Wont stop reading the comic either it just shot to a whole new level of crazy and i cant wait to see what it looks like on screen... if they ever get there.

I liked it, but it was slow (a character builder) and my gf noticed that and said it wasn't the best of episodes.

I KIND of agree with her as I think when they came back from a mid-season break that the first new ep should be balls-to-the-wall insane...and it wasn't really. However, it looks like we are getting that type of ep next week.

As far as coming back from a break I think that OUAT had a better overall episode after such a break. Fans want to be reinvigorated after being forced to wait for a new episode...and I just don't know that this ep of TWD was that.

TV station hacker warns of zombies in Montana
GREAT FALLS, Mont. (AP) - A Montana television station's regular programming was interrupted by news of a zombie apocalypse.

The Montana Television Network says hackers broke into the Emergency Alert System of Great Falls affiliate KRTV and its CW station Monday.

KRTV says on its website the hackers broadcast that "dead bodies are rising from their graves" in several Montana counties.

The alert claimed the bodies were "attacking the living" and warned people not to "approach or apprehend these bodies as they are extremely dangerous."

The network says there is no emergency and its engineers are investigating.

A call to KRTV was referred to a Montana Television Network executive in Bozeman. Jon Saunders didn't immediately return a call for comment.

The Great Falls Tribune reports the hoax alert generated at least four calls to police to see if it was true.

Yah my jaw was on the floor too: Michonne actually verbalized helpful information to another character.

Yep, that was an awesome episode. Next week's season finale should be a donnybrook. I think Daryl is going to flip on the kill switch and get him some.

Is this where we predict the finale onslaught? People I want to die, in order of likelihood (most to least): Andrea, selfish dad guy, Governor and his army, Hershel, every character in the town, Rick, the show's dialogue writers, the baby.

Everyone's past Sophia it seems. Carol doesn't even mention her when Merle mentions how much she's changed.
