Im going to sum up my meals for today. I would have laughed this off if someone would have toldme 6 months ago this would be my diet.

Wake up- Cofee four weetabix (I have this everyday so no big deal)
lunch- (1pm)- Big Mac with a large strawberry milkshake
dinner-tinned chopped tomatoes on toast (4 slices of bread)
supper- (really tea tbh) - Massive plate of ordered chinese food

Having no control over my food is one thing but even the hours im eating these things are ridiculous.

Edit- The tomatoes on toast was washed down with a piece of chocolate cake

Scuse please, how is a Big Mac, milkshake and a massive plate of chinese food a diet choice?

@Mentalist- Doing abs is good, but if its all your doing you can throw yourself really out of whack. If your abs are really in shape and your lower back is weak it can jack you up good. Theres all kinds of opposing muscles in the body and if one side is much stronger than the other it causes trouble.

Grilled chicken salad with sunflower seeds for dinner tonight. Good stuff.

I somehting physical almost every day. most of it is cardio, though--i'm really not a gym/weights person--so I play soccer or swim.
my abs are never in good shape. probably because of my diet more than anyhting else. but i'm not willing o take that step just yet.

sinc ei haven't eaten since lunch today, my late supper will consist of fried potatoes and pork chops.

I've been awake 20/24 hours every day I work, and I have nothing but 1 full meal, a couple of cups of coffee, and a ton of water. How am I not losing weight, fast?

Your body might think it's under attack with all the stress and is thus freaking out. Try to work out a snack schedule that keeps you eating a little bit every few hours.

I know what I _should_ be doing, I just find it funny that I'm taking in 1000-1200 calories a day and not losing weight.

Camel reflex. Your body has been trained to only get 1 meal per day, so it stores it as much as it can instead of burning it off. Like Amph said, try to graze through the day, that keeps your digestive system and metabolism going.

Been weighing myself every monday morning for the past month.

In 4 weeks i've went from 261.4 to 253.2. My goals been to lose 2 lbs a week so i'm right on schedule.

As long as i dont have a come apart i should hit my target weight of 235 in 9 weeks.

Thin bagel with fat-free cream cheese for breakfast.

Morning snack is a Fiber One oats and chocolate bar.

I've got some grilled chicken breast i'm gonna throw on the Foreman grill for lunch. Add some green peppers, bbq sauce and another thin bagel and thats lunch.

Afternoon snack is a handful of Somersauts. If you havent tried these they're fantastic. http://www.somersaultsnackco.com/

For dinner i bought some salmon at the store this weekend, so its fish and mixed veggies for dinner.

I fell off in a big way this weekend - basically the March Madness of combat sports. With the ADCC going on, Bellator, Strikeforce, DREAM and UFC all being on from Friday night to today, I've been staying up late and ate a bunch.

Combine that with my friend's eccentric family having their Thanksgiving today. I ate two big heapings of Thanksgiving food and topped it off with a pie.

Definitely going to have to run tomorrow and do some burpees to start working it off, then hit BJJ. It'll provide a nice way to segue into tournament training.

BJJ as in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu? That is AWESOME!

I biked for 20 minutes, then did 40 minutes of strength exercises....then ate bacon, and eggs.

I also had some chocolate earlier today.

And maybe a cup of hot cocoa...
Things and stuffs...and other important objects.

Rough day with lateness by other people (I'm usually very early), boring lectures, and too much rich free food (good, but good for me). So yeah, eating habits took a serious nose dive today and because of aforementioned schedule hiccups, no exercise. I can feel them, the pounds...

Yup. It was my three year anniversary at the beginning of September.

For dinner after BJJ, ate quite a few veggies raw, although I snatched a few from a neighboring plate with dressing on 'em, a sandwich with turkey and guacamole (nothing else) and two glasses of chocolate milk. And a glass of cider.

Had a major running session tonight at soccer training (well, major by my standards). nearly 90 solid mins of interval sprints and jogging, with some short breaks for stretching in between. My legs were like jelly by the end. At least then we got to have a game at the end as a reward.

Pretty heavy going, but it should stand me in good stead as the season progresses. Will hopefully get in a short cycle tomorrow to loosen the legs without pounding my joints any more. Luckily, our next training session on thursday is more about skills and tactics so the running will be far lighter.

Just what i needed, but my legs are absolutely wrecked tired. I thought i would be far more tired overall, but seem to be ok so far. I dread to think what the body will feel like in the morning though.

Need to get the motivation to go running but cant quite do it in this heat. Got a great place to run like 10 seconds away from the house lots of hills, straights etc but havnt/ have never had the will power to go running even before epic heatwave in october. I much prefer lifting as its one big muscle tearing exertion but as I cant even do that atm I really should go running.

Eating is totally out of whack, and no gym this part of the quarter, but six and a half mile bike ride round trip to work helps.

I made scrambled eggs with 4 chicken periods this time, instead of my usual 3.

He might mean the eggs themselves, but I've seen actual spots of blood on egg yolks at times.

And four eggs is the right amount for a good sandwich or by itself egg meal.

I just thought an ejected unfertilised egg was a period.
That's what eggs are aren't they?

Anyway, I had 4 slices of bacon and 4 hash browns with them.
Just had the same today. It's 'the usual' fry up setup for me. I have about 3 a week. That's between 9-12 eggs a week.
Oh, and honeyed bacon - you'll all thank me later.

Had a hell of a good 2 hour workout yesterday. Did upper/lower back, biceps and delts for about an hour and 20 minutes. Then did 40 minutes walking at 4.5 with a 5 incline on the treadmill.

Also tried for the umpteenth time to eat yogurt as a snack. I mean, its 130 calories, no fat and 14 grams of protein. But i cant do it. Blackkclfjkcjcolj.

But its saturday morning and that means waffles! Low fat frozen waffles, but still.
