The diet is already beginning to plateau as my body adjusts to it, so it's not really my first recommendation.
I just started lifting last week so I am still finding the rhytm and trying various exercises instead of sticking to one list of exercises in the programme. Yesterday I did Decline Barbell bench, Incline barbell bench, Dumbbell butterflies. Monday it was Benchpress, one arm bench press in a machine, dumbbell pullover, machine butterflies.
