I thought you were great, one of the standout players thus far. Had no idea it was you at the time and not someone who hadn't been playing for yonks. In the end, your death was as much about luck as anything else. I don't know if you could have done more for Jin, it's very tricky once you're recruited as quite a few people had worked out by that time you were Yan, and doing anything to make them doubt that would have immediately got them thinking 'recruit!'.

After having read through the latest on the thread, I have to revise my opinion to the barbarians being pretty screwed. Even though all the roles have been pretty much guessed spot on now, they haven't tried to use that to their advantage by teaming up together to vote out the middle kingdom players. They have the big plus of no one having worked out that one of the barbarian factions has 3 members, not two. They're operating under the assumption that there's only 4 barbarians. But those 5 plus the usurper and his lackey could form a powerful allied faction.

There's no point in beating around the bush and playing at the intrigue any longer. Put your cards on the table and see where it takes you, instead of going along with the Kaschan lynch.

I'm rooting for every side in this game, as I think I've effectively ousted myself from any and all factions with my play

I should not have moved from Xin Du, I should have stayed. I was thinking that I had to get closer to Emur to kill him, but I didn't use notice and actions good enough. We should have all moved as one, and then our actions may have been better and successed. Hindsight I'd play this game differently. I didn't think to guard and kill. This is such a good game

THIS. Exactly this. I didn't handle the combination of moving, notices, and kills at all. And I did the exact same thing with Emur, moving into his territory because I assumed I was getting blocked because of similar actions. WHY DIDN'T I GUARD HIM!? ANGER

Game impressions: Awesome, complicated game. This may have tainted my uneducated mind, I don't want to play mafia without moving anymore!

Lu impressions: Shit luck, but did alright considering.

Left side barbs: Took forever to get the Lu, really.

Right side barbs: Playing it pretty well in that massive clusterfuck of people.

Xia: Ment is playing well. But... FUCK YOUR HEALING CANNON BULLSHIT.

Yan: Were doing well for a while, the move kinda made everything weird.

Sima Yi: Nice recruitments, shit luck. I could have helped you more buddy, sorry I took my role as make a shitload of cases and keep attention off you. Sorry!

Overall: Ment was awesomely fun to debate with, even though he's a cowardly healer type emperor! Despite my best attempts, Karosis wriggled out of the spotlight! I knew I had a barb, damnit. Barg played well, despite my vocal misgivings in thread. Those were the main 3 I talked to in thread, I believe. OH! Shelly was wonderful at keeping me guessing as to her faction.

Khell was hilarious. But why did you have to die!? with you alive, cult would have won for sure! Bahhhhh.

Good game by everyone, and it was extremely well put together.

Re: collaboration - JA and Kurt suspected you were the other Lu, so after JA died Kurt could've told KL to bond with you and the three of you would've been connected through her.

And yeah, your move to He Fei would have put you in range of NA'ing the group in Luo Yang, though with all of them in there and none on your team odds are you'd have been blocked every time if you stayed in He Fei.

It will only end in a tie if it is not AT ALL possible for one team to win over another. That won't happen with 3v3, could probably only happen with 1v1 if they were roles that can't kill each other or do the same standard actions.
