I'm ignoring all things BL 2 till I get the game. Way too much info/spoilers coming out this close to release.
I've always been crazy but its kept me from going insane.

I enjoy BORDERLANDS, great stuff....but I found it a TAD repetetive...
and then I see these trailers for BL2 and they seem to be giving everyone everything they are asking for!
It seems BL2 might end up being the game of the year for me if it cashes in like these trailer suggest!

Ill have it around 10:15am (after gamestop opens) on Tuesday Morning if anyone is on and wants to do some Multiplayer. I'll also be level 1 and not have touched it yet, so ...

Only played for about 30 minutes, but the guns, even the white level 1 ones are awesome. Sooo much diversity. I have 3 boring ones...and they're awesome. And the animation shooting a revolver, with the other hand thumbing back the trigger, is awesome.

Yeah I could be on then. UPS actually managed to get it to me at noon, which is odd since I've never seen em before 4-5, so if you are around/awake we could play whenever. GT is still obdigore right? Don't seem to have you anymore.

I love this fucking game.
Now, I had high high hiiiiigh expectations for this game. And Gearbox frakkin nailed it.
Theres a gabillion types of guns. A gabillion types of grenades. A gabillion types of shields. A gabillion types of Class Mods.
Theres actually a story in this one (which didnt bother me that their wasnt in the first) is pretty damn cool so far. The inclusion of the original 4 as NPC is pretty sweet.
The thing i was really worried about was them taking all the little things that were great in the first game and expanding on them and making it stupid. But again, they nailed it.
We're talking total DAYS AND DAYS worth of gameplay gonna get put in this game.
BTW. I've played with all 4 characters and they're all awesome. Axtons turret is mothertruckin badass, when you get to level 16 and can unlock "Scorched Earth", those missiles...tear...shit...up. Running into a group of enemies and Gunzerking is awesome. Sniping while invisible with Zero is awesome. And Maya's phaselock is fun as hell.
The only few negatives i've got are all texture issues. I dont remember any from the first game. But every once in a while you cant reach a gun because it fell through the floor or an enemy gets stuck in a wall. But these are no big deal. I say that now, I might change my mind when i cant reach a legendary weapon.
