Great job Kurt. Player of the game in my opinion. Why the townie numbskulls think they need to lynch Khell is beyond me. That leaves them with only one more failed lynch to go and scum wins. I hate it when I'm right and no one listens.
I don't know what I'm doing but it sounds good.

So, Vengeance is the new scum. Should be interesting to see how he runs it. Part of what I like about this multi-person-FM-scum thingy is that each new Meng Huo isn't privy to the conversations/strategies of the one before, so we might get very different styles of scum throughout the role.
Only someone with this much power could make this many frittatas without breaking any eggs.

They're still convinced that the "also" from the OP means that there is 2 Meng Huos, even though Kurt's CF said he was Yong Kai and (also) Meng Huo as it was intended. So, with their idea that there are 2 MHs and 2 unfound people (kurt and Khell), they think both must be MH. Khell's CF should be eye-opening for them, though Venge who got it right in his game speculation won't be inno anymore to correct them/say I-told-you-so

D'rek.
Town is so hopelessly clueless. You would be doing everyone a favor to call the game now as a scum victory and end this agony. Sure town still mathmatically can win but do you really expect them to get their shit together at this point? They would need a flawless run after they lynch Khell to win.
It's like watching a train wreck. It horrible and awful but you just can't stop watching to see what other awful thing you will witness before it is all over. Please save us from having to watch!!!!!!

Yeah, but imagine if maybe they lynch Khell, but then they get 3 FKs in a row without lynching anyone - then they need only 2 correct lynches with a lot fewer players to choose from, which is still very possible.

Didn't we just have 2 failed lynches out of 4 players to find just 1 MH? Still very possible yes, but highly improbable. Let my viewing pleasure (really I'm enjoying this disaster) continue.

Venge just showed up - if he doesn't drop the fucking hammer on Khell as soon as he finishes a read-through, I'll scream.

The Nanman King of Kings, Meng Huo, has come to your lands and incited you to rebel against the Yan invaders... You are now scum!
You must immediately designate your 3-most preferred successors (with order of preference given). You can change this whenever you want but there must always be at least 3 (so if one dies, revise it ASAP).
Meng Huo has been captured twice so far (the first was in the opening scene). If captured seven times total you will lose the game. You win when town cannot possibly achieve that.

BOOM! Venge with the headshot to the town.
This game isn't over, but town has to get almost everything right from here on out, and Venge is good enough to give them a run. Or he'll get FK'd immediately, which is still to scum's long-term advantage.
And seriously, Venge just chose two of the same people as his successors that I chose after him ... I think I picked the right person to follow me.

Town has to use at least the first two night kills to take out the next 2 MH's. Town can only lynch wrong once more to still have a shot at winning. They player pool needs to be weeded down a lot before they try lynching again.

Silly Grief, its a basic part of mafia that you keep being part of a faction once you are dead (hence the whole basis of trying to make your faction win even if you might die). "The southern regional leaders" are any player that was incited to rebel (and may now be dead).
ie: right now, Meng Huo = Vengeance, "southern regional leaders who he has incited to rebel" = Yong Kai, Liu Xian = Kurt, Venge

Sigh, I asked them to wait for me to get back, they couldn't even get that right
Gonna go read up - nice game, though I have little idea what was going on!

Haha, thanks Venge, I appreciate that the first thing you did with your new evil persona was to wipe me out of the game

In all honesty D'rek, the way you worded the OP was confusing. I think it should have been plainly stated that the first Meng Huo you refer to is a non-player character. I half-suspected that, but never voiced it in the thread because I knew I would get shot down. And, even though I believed for most of the game that there was only one person at a time we were meant to find, I was never entirely certain, and, if anything, your clarification message just made things even more confusing rather than clearing it up.
Having said that, town has to get the majority of the blame. We've played poorly from what was a fantastic position thanks to the finders being jammy with their finds and not hitting MH earlier on. I was banging my head in frustration when they switched from lynching Kurt: I mean, the guy was a target for ages, didn't come on thread or say anything at all to defend himself, and all of a sudden Grief starts gunning for me, and then Shinrei, and the rest follow like sheep. Highly frustrating.
Even when Grief started to realise that his arguments didn't make sense because of the way I'd voted in the past, it was too late. They'd made their minds up to lynch all three of us, and there was no way they were going to use a find on me like I suggested, because they've got it into their heads that FKs are solely to be used for endgame only, even if there is clearly something wrong with what they had believed. Well, guess what? It's endgame now. This is scum's to lose.
Very well played Kurt, and I loved the way you bowed out

And thanks for setting up the game, D'rek, sorry if that first bit sounded like I wasn't happy - I really enjoyed my game back.

Grief, Seriously!
He still can't get off the there are more than 1 MH in the game even after every single player other than ansible himself was cleard before and now he is suspecting the finders of possibly being MH because of it. And the worst part is ansible is humoring him.
This train wreck gets more and more bloody by the hour.

By the way, D'rek, thanks for the noble death scene - one-on-one wondrous combat - I likes it!

It looks like the finders might get lucky again. Tattersail has decided to make Venge his fourth find, and hopefully ansible will decide only to investigate those people that Tat didn't mention. If that happens and they keep voting for night, they'll be able to lynch Venge easily.
