Potential issue for you... he may have to play for his current faction. Secondly, if he wants to come on board, you may bet that recruited barbarians count, which in turn means that you may well lose the game that way.

anyhow, in light of the most recent illumination, i'm inclined to vote Telas.

he's either the Usurper, or the hidden Yan role. both of which account to similar result in my book.

shelly and Okaros aren't in the neighbourhood, so even if Okaros is the hidden Yan, his power is moot at this point.

What you need for that, is him alive. I don't think Emur is going to ask you to lynch him after all the Yan are gone, either - he'll probably ask it as soon as Yan + Xia have a majority, when Ya = Xia in faction size... which means also a Ya/Xia alliance block is again possible.
