according to the usurpers role description he might not even be in yan.
could be telas waiting for ehmur to die...anyways

either way...he wont get many recruits... at most all the members of yan or Xia but not both...wich leaves him with 3 players total.

then we just finish off yan....i dont see a problem here.

Let's just say I'm an unknown element

Like all non- Kingdom parties break the stalemate, Telas comes out of the closet and we proceed.

I don't think you'll get a draw from the others

ok....IF the usurper has actually recruited all of the kingdom players besides the Emperors, wich i am assuming he cant recruit.
Then, including himself he could very well end up with 4 people on his team.

wich would be half the players here after a lynch.

I say we lynch Barghy now....no kills tonight.
Then we do Tennes tomorrow and we can be sure that the usurper cant have majority.

Im flexible...and if ehmur can shed any info that counters this problem i would be glad to go back to Tennes.

I agree that Emperors probably can't be recruited

While I'm sure Emur can talk circles around me, I haven't asked you to sacrifice Korlat.

Well effectively we are all "making deals" with each other right now... no?

it doesnt have to be deal with ehmur and not you...at least for now we are all playing rather nicely.

of course, you're right, but the chance that killing Tennes will bring on the Usurper are pretty good. Although I don't remember who said they would have to come from Yan, it made sense.

Mass reveal! or as close to it. It's early, so can someone explain why it would be best to lynch Tennes and Barghy? Is it on the off chance that they were recruited? As I understand it, Tennes is the suspected Usurper?

The way I see it, the barb's have a majority. Two factions, yes, but I think it would be an easy thing to pool the barb votes and destroy everyone else. No way to miss the usurper, or anyone else for that matter. after the dust settles, it will be left to a straight up lynch train or NA's and duels.

barbs do not have majority.

three of us total and we arent even all on the same side so even then we have to turn on each other.

We are enough to force NA's. That is all that's needed.

What? No.

Because Yan has the biggest voting bloc at the moment. Tennes is the Yan Emperor.

Currently it is Yan vs both barb factions at 3v3 with the Usurper at 1 and Xia at 2.

can't you self-heal?
also, there are 10 roles, total. meaning the yan hidden role's gotta be one of the 2 we've already seen.

either way, i'm open to suggestions like I said. we can try to take out Yan and such. but at some point, I will ask you to vote off Korlat, to make sure no one has any killers left, :D

i just dont want yan to win ...meh

Personal bias...boooo. Your best interests are to get rid of Xia and their Mass healing effect, and then settle it at night. You have the only killer left. By eliminating emur, you get rid of the heals, and have free reign at night. By taking out me, you activate the Usurper and for all you know... your killer is going to turn Jin and you are shit out of luck. You eliminate emur and his mass heal, then take out the usurper, and the barbarians are 3 vs. 3 yan vs. 1 Xia. I am sure the remaining xia will side with you and take yan down a peg and then barbs have the majority. You are letting your personal hate of Yan get in the way of seeing clearly.

the hidden role is either assasin/lover

neither has proven to be great at killing.

that being said, I'm open to the suggestion of bringing cult in, as long as the Usurper says he'll vote that way, too, :D

Potential issue for you... he may have to play for his current faction. Secondly, if he wants to come on board, you may bet that recruited barbarians count, which in turn means that you may well lose the game that way.

oh, i'm aware of the risks.

however, barbarian recruits will prolly count only after the leader is dead, no?

anyhow, in light of the most recent illumination, i'm inclined to vote Telas.

he's either the Usurper, or the hidden Yan role. both of which account to similar result in my book.

shelly and Okaros aren't in the neighbourhood, so even if Okaros is the hidden Yan, his power is moot at this point.

More railroading and making assumptions and presenting them as fact.

Look....the barbar on that tile is all by himself, i dont see why he wouldnt try and help us.

So he should be voting allong with us if we go for a yan.

More railroading....

it's a gamble on how well I understood the game mechanics.

if I am correct, the only people who'll become Jin are the former Yan underlings who've had the misfortune to be culted.

as the leader of his faction, our lone Ma Chao should be immune. as long as i'm alive, Kesso's safe. same for Karosis and Korlat.

this is a straight Lie. The only people that can't be recruited are the 3 faction Emperors.

more railroading, precipitated by a falsehood. My PM says that when I die, the Jin faction starts.

I propose this.

The barbarians and yan team up and get rid of Emur and his whole tile healing power. Karosis and his champ then can kill at will during the night taking out who they see fit. (probably yan special role or a xia) we then lynch off the usurper to eliminate that variable. That will leave the barbarians with a voting majority. I am willing to take my chances with that.

or...

Do what you are doing now.... and chance the usurper gaining an advantage. I am giving the barbarians the best chance to win here.

vote Emurhlan

So your idea is to put it at 2 xia, 2 yan and 3 barbarian? So that Xia and Yan can team up tomorrow? Cause if you think Emur is going to keep up your little alliance and give the barbs the voting block... you are insane. My plan is more beneficial to the barbs in the long run. Your hate of Yan is clouding your judgement. Whatever though. Come tomorrow, I will be open to an alliance with Emur.
