If I had not decided to make a case on Karosis then you would have continued to ignore me. So how exactly am I being caught with my hand in a cookie jar. There is no reason for you to have to come to Karosis's defense unless you are now suddenly in the warlords camp. Everyone in this game has something to hide so please come up with something better then that.

I have spent the majority of the game trying to figure out who are the warlords and I am very certain that karosis is either a warlord or a Champion, and based off of some of his recent posts I am convinced that he is a warlord.

Back from class. I'm tired, and starving, so I'm not going to do any serious mafia playing until the morning. We have ample time. It seems we've decided to start a Warlord/champion hunt. We have overlooked their little factions for a while, so it makes sense. There has also been talk of low posters and coasting. It seems that warlord and usurper roles would benefit greatly from staying under the radar seeing as they gain the most by letting the factions destroy one another for as long as possible. I will definitely go over the thread in the morning and look into the low posters, and hopefully come across something.

I'm glad to hear we have talking people. as for the accusation that I (ironcally) am becoming the new Osseric, I respond with the simple fact--I am amking observations. I'm not starting trains, I post my thoughts on thread. if they include a lot of you, well it's because of 2 things
1) i'm a suspicious bastard.
2 i'm not all that bright,and still ahven't figured out for sure who is in which kingdom. which leaves me a with a lot of potential suspects. I notice small htings about everyone, and I post them.trying to get people to respond. helping me gauge where they are in this game.



my main purpose, to which i've adhehred ever since I first spoke up in participation on day 3, was to facilitate more discussion and theories, versus the one sided convo we've had for the first 3 days. I daresay i succeeded in that. I don't want to be the thread "leader", got forbid. it's way too much work.



there's a lot of interesting theories floating around. if I were to go for a low poster, i'd gun for Kaschan, personally. but right now i've been up for nearly 19 hours, so I can't really present many coherent arguments as to why. aside form his low post count and nonexistent (as far as I remember) content..seriously, the only thing about him I recall is him discussing the extra vote needed to lynch Tiam, and the subsequent discussion.



wrt to Tennes, pretty sure he's Yan, given the beating they've been getting, not surprised they want to downplay him.

I know sometimes low posting is going to happen, and I think some people signed up saying they would be low poster, but still, the expectation should be "low posting but effort made on those minimal posts when they happen". Low posting where all of the posts are "I'm going to bed will catch up later" has me verging on the thought that this should be modkillable since all it does is beat the modkill timer.

It sure is a sneaky way to stay under the radar for the first part of the game. Some don't play it as well as others. HP, for example, was extremely low content the first part of the game. Now he's genuinely contributing, which means we can't lynch him for low posting. He avoided attention early on, and is avoiding attention now.

Not crying per say just saying that we have attendancy in mafia to lynch people when they say they are stepping away. After all the missing person become a perfect target as they can no longer defend themselves. Not crying just understanding of the game.

That's a kind way of looking at it, but it seems to me that some sort of comment on the game should be expected. Just a simple post of "thoughts so far" or whatever.

There are several reasons why I perfer Karosis over kaschan. 1. Karosis has started to make statements where he down plays the warlord threats. That smacks of someone who has that role and hasn't been able to do much with it so far (see him talking about how the warlord isn't as powerful as an emperor and so shouldn't be considered as much of a threat as a emperor) which is bullshit. The warlords are just as big of a threat as the emperors to each emperor. On a slightly different tangent but so that you can see how I have been thinking.

The Yan are the only group that doesn't have a warlord threat. They also won their game. So to balance out the other emperors, Drek inserted the usuper as the Han's (internal) threat. While making the warlords the Xia and Lu internal threats. Now I have been quietly figuring out who is moving around the area that I am in. I have a pretty good idea that Karosis isn't right. The other one that I am not sure about is Hood's Path. But I am a lot more not sure about Karosis.

You know, I just read back through all your posts ... and if ever there was a person who was coasting, it's you.

Nearly half your posts use the phrase "checking in," or talk about how you'll back later, or will read more in depth ... and there's never any follow on. You just piggy-back other people's arguments, never get in a fight, and generally ... coast.

So if anyone fits the Warlord faction profile - as you yourself define it - it's, well, you.

2. Unlike me Karosis isn't strictly a low poster. He is a perfectly middle of the pack poster. Which tells me that he is someone who has a good role and doesn't want to draw attention to himself by being either a high (in your face poster) or a low (potential easy lynch) poster. He has managed to avoid every single major out burst and yet still get on trains. It is the little things that start to add up for me.
