She ended up looking a bit old. It's the first time I've tried drawing a child and it's tricky as hell, worse than men! Bless curves, is all I say.

Feedback much appreciated!

very sepulchral atmosphere, which i like. the only question i'd have about kettle is whether this is undead kettle, or living kettle, cuz i imagine undead kettle would look a little wizened :apt:

I like this a lot.
They came with white hands and left with red hands.

As a general comment, I like!.

If it's meant to be dead Kettle she should perhaps look 'deader'. Either way she might be a bit more dishevelled and obviously dirty. her shift and hair look fairly 'normal', and by the time we meet her in MT she's supposed to have been hanging out in the Azath yard for a least a few years.

She looks pretty dead to me. But yeah, second what Abyss says about her general condition.

The atmosphere really rocks, though. And the Letheras city silhouetted in the background... Pwetty! :apt:
It was ever thus.

*googles sepulchral* Thank you, that's what I was going for. She probably would look a little wizened, yes. I blame Shurq!

I will work on her appearance and push the undead look a bit further.

Haha, i don't think i've ever seen the words 'i blame' unless they were followed by 'brood'

although in this case, shurq may indeed be the culprit.

It would seem I have reached my rep quota for the day, but this definately deserves all the rep I had, The setting, characterization and colouring work together. Its almost exactly what I thought of when I read kettles character.

If you want a bit of criticism Id say her hands and feet should be alot more worse for wear. clumps of dirt stuck on them to show her grave digging. Also I got the same feeling off her as I got from the girl in the grudge...You could let some of her hair fall over her face to make her..creepier.

It would seem unfair to blame brood.

Thank you! I'm glad you liked it. The grudge hair would probably work wonders, I'll see what I can do.
