Operation Fungible is now officially closed. I'm sure Facebook and the email account will be dealt with by the Knight Commander upon her return. As of now, Operation Fungible will not be spoken of again to anyone, ever.

TQB, I think you lost one of your threads. Just wanted to let you know so silencer could return it if this was an error. Cheers.

Nope, we didn't lose it. We just strive for transparency, honesty, and whatever other virtuous characteristics you might wish to ascribe to us.

Either that, or this is an elaborate prank being played on you and the entire forum is in on it.

Add rhulad to the list?

I can't believe that the joke I made about this was actually correct.

I think I actually visited that site.

Trouble arrives when the opponents to such a system institute its extreme opposite, where individualism becomes godlike and sacrosanct, and no greater service to any other ideal (including community) is possible. In such a system rapacious greed thrives behind the guise of freedom, and the worst aspects of human nature come to the fore....

Not the entire forum - just TQB and the Admins

You're powers of observation (or your ability to think sneaky) are to be applauded, good sir!

Ah, the memories...... :(

Now I remember how the regulars got the nickname "the scary mob".

Did you ever actually send me any links to facebook or newsletters? I don't think I ever saw any of them. Or maybe I just put "kitty" on my spam list.

I think I was the wrong target for this joke. I've never been one of the most rabid haters of Goodkind. You should probably have tried to pick a fight with me instead. That Kitty persona was too nice for me to want to be mean to her/him.

Also, revenge for what?! Did I call Loki a bad name at some point?

Actually, it all stemmed in a rather roundabout way from this - http://forum.malazan...opic=21615&st=2

And the reason we chose you is that we figured you'd be good natured about it once it was over :)

I thought it was good because I figured he'd be the person most likely to be entertained by it. But I guess that would have required him to actually understand that it really was an in-house prank. I thought that was obvious in a lot of ways, but apparently he wasn't paying enough attention. :)
