Mafia 71.5 Midnight in Malaysia Spycraft 2.333

That... is about as fail as you can get. Although to be honest, I'm not entirely convinced that was the real Marichord. Why would she be wearing coveralls? Could be a body double or something. Kind of surprised D'rek didn't put up a fight. She tends to find herself exiting these Spycraft games early... I would have been happy to vote elsewhere if I thought she was at all interested in the game.

8 votes on Fener (Ampelas, Osseric, GL, HP, Liosan, Barghast, Rashan, Ruse).
1 vote for HP (Fener)
1 votes for Merrid (Kalse)
TIGER climbed the fence, or rather, more or less ran up it, then silently landing on the other side. He somersaulted over one tripwire, froze behind a tree to avoid a camera, then pulled himself up into it, running from one tree branch to another. He dropped behind an outhouse, noticed the bodyguard standing in front of its door, and waited. After a few minutes, a curvy blackhaired lady in coveralls came out of the building. He didn't hesitate, but swept a very thin metal chain covered in silk across her slender neck, snapping it in the process. He was away and out of sight before she hit the ground, but of course, that did not stop the guard from sounding the alarm.
Fener is dead. She was D'rek, and Madame Marichord (of the Syndicate faction).
It is now night

Also, both Korabas and Merrid expressed intentions of voting Fener.... "just to get a day 1 lynch", as I recall.
So we are all more or less still just as uninformed as we were about who is and isn't a scum as we were yesterday than. Great.
I still remain sceptical of Barghast's rousing clarion call to vote Fener out though, as I do of Omtose's apparent absence. Oh, and of Ruse of course, if for no other reason than because his name invites scrutiny

Gl how come in the past five of your posts youve mentioned my abscence?
Does someone have a little crush on me?
as someone earlier pointed out, if you check my time stamps this is the time i get online (well about 1 hour ago, but i had to read through the spam and then my server crashed) so expecting me to appear simply because you miss me isnt going to happen.
I didnt vote for fener because i thought it was ridiculous to get a train running so quickly for absolutley no reason, when he showed up and didnt bother to read the past few pages, that was daft and maybe that warrented lynching but the original votes built up way to quickly. Especially GL after the Amp vote, looked like sympage from GL for Amp.
I am low posting at the moment, because there was very little on the thread that was worth replying to. Its nearly all spam.
My works having server problems (ive had to retype this in wordpad because i lost my original post and didnt want to lose it twice) but Ill try to be more active today if we get some posts that are more mafia related.

the lynch was daft, as far as i can tell it was a joke vote by amp, then GL jumped on it within minutes, soon after that it picked up speed.
Fener decided not to bother making a defence and that damned them. the original 4 votes were the most suspicious, after that feners lack of response or care seemed to warrent getting lynch. Wouldnt expect a major role to play so uncaringly.
Edit to make more sense

Yes it just started as something to do for fun, but Fener really didn't seem to care. I planned to at least re-evaluate my vote if something serious developed, but everybody jumped on the wagon at the end and it was over. It seemed a lot of people wanted a Day 1 lynch, but it cost us a roled player.
I'm off for now.

Well as promised I have opened up DOD and got through about 65 pages. I'm happy to inform everyone that I actually had opened it previously. I basically reread the prolog. It's been a long time since I've read the last book so its taking a little bit to get reaquainted with some of the characters. I forgot how much I enjoyed Tehol, excuse me, King Tehol of Lethers.
Well I just wanted to say this little bit before I drift off to dream land. Welcome back Omtose. Glad we didn't have to lynch you for being a bit of a no show.

I'm here, long ass-evening for me today, had to make the submission for one of my classes, then had a reception after, then went home, stopped off with my partner frosaid submission @ mcDonald's then walked her home... so, yeah, long night.
Really nothing I can say in response to being symped by GL, except to repeat once again that it'd be way to obvious. not really a "defensible" case.
I'll try to com up with somthing tomorrow morning, but right now, I gotta do some qick readings and go to bed.

I'll hold my vote for a little while, but yours does make sense, Omtose.
Dunno what to make of the reactions after the lynching. Did they react that way simply because we lost a roled player that could have provided some awesomeness to the game, or because they are all Syndicate people and just killed off the leader of the team? Or is everything a lie? Even the cake?!
I has a suspicious.

Ugh, been really busy, missed most of the day.
Can't believe we lost the Syndicate leader due to random day one voting and a complete lack of reaction from the attacked party. I mean, wow...though presumably that hasn't screwed us over completely.
Anyway, I have to get some sleep now, so I'll pick back up tomorrow.
