First post here, hello everyone.
If I remember correctly our dynamic assassination duo Delat-Mekhar offs 3 FA in this book.
I have a question about something I found odd about the second assassination. In the first one, Kalam kills the FA stabbing both his hearts. I remember thinking "Kalam is well prepared as ever". Then in the second assassination Kalam stabs only one of the hearts and getting almost killed because of it. Afterwards, QB tells Kalam the FA have two hearts and he acts surprised!
This is very weird to me, what do you think?

The simple explanation is that Kalam got lucky the first time. He obviously would have used both knives for effectiveness first time, he got the heart and another spot and happened to take out both of the hearts due to their linked positioning.
The second time he still was under the illusion that they only had one heart. You would have thought that Quick would have let Kalam know about the two heart thing though! I don't think it's that strange to be honest.

Ah you beat me. That makes more sense I guess. Still seems like a mighty coincidence.

I think Quick killed the first one, I'm not totally sure though. That, or Minala was there too using her new shadow powers and QB got confused.

Did anyone else notice the re-appearance of the TTT? I thought that was awesome - but such a short appearance on stage
Also - I thought it was Apsalar on the horse at first... then when I found out it was Minala - that was cool as I thought we wouldn't see her again tbh.
"Blur and Blob"? made me laugh also.

More importantly why did the TTT heal Kalam given their previous relationship?

Thats wrong, the demon possessing the TTT and then the enkaral tried to kill Kalam. The enkaral is in the TTT, it got released by the wolves. Since Kalam helped create the new mortal sword, why not?

I see. I need to reread this whole series at one point, because so many references just went right over my head while reading this one.
