In the final scene with Venaz, a nameless boy gets a broken arm helping Harllo. Do we know who he is? Harllo doesn't know as he asks him, "Who are you?"

Right. Bellam is his name, I think. Now I remember his uncles finding him in the street with a broken arm. I missed that connection; makes me wonder what else I missed.

Assuming spoilers are a given in this thread:

I thought it was Snell during the scene but later I realized it must be Bellam. But - I thought Bellam was older and Venaz was younger. They had to be close for Venaz to be winning.

Yeah, that's what confused me as well. From the story we are led to believe Venaz was not much older than Harllo, because he lost his position as favorite mole etc. And Stonny seems to be teaching teenagers how to duel, so we assume Bellam is a teenager. On top of that he seems quite mature in the conversations with the adults, not something you'd expect from a small kid. He also easily overcomes Snell and inspires a holy terror into Snell, again not something that would happen if he was the same age. He's even left in charge by Murillio to cover 2 small kids AND Snell.

So to me, it seems a slip-up from SE to make it seem as Venaz and Bellam are same age/size. Just doesn't add up.
