Can we have a non-spoiler review/impression thread or something?

I want to read impressions but without plot details, just to read what people think about the book :)

Pat did one on his blog.

Got mine yesterday - fortunately Mrs Paleman was off sick so there was some-one at home to take delivery of the glorious package. Tantalizingly wonderful so far. :)

Just finished my read-through.
Enjoyed it.
Feel really quite amused reading some of the speculation threads for TCG now ..

Heh.

I was asking around Borders in my area and the lady can't find it in their computer look up.

So um, Borders here in the US don't even have it listed (yet) - so is this released just in the UK for now ?

I hope there's a release in the US around next week so I can pick it up and read over the Thanksgiving holiday (4-day weekend)

Mine came today. Finally.
#216 which, alas, doesn't match my RotCG (#25) or my NoK (#100).

For those who have sent emails to PS Publishing requesting information about the book and it's mailing dates, and not received replies, I finally got through to Pete Crowther. He has looked into it and turns out it was an issue with their new website setup. The contact board was blocked. They have now fixed this, so they weren't ignoring us, they just had a malfunction.
And if anyone in Canada has ordered the book, well, I got mine today, have read about 200 pages of book one and it is a great read!

Amazon just reported that my Bantam copy has been dispatched -- should be with me in the next day or two.

I would be. Mind you, I am in Canada, but I already have my regular edition dispatched from the UK. Arrived today.

For that kind of coin, it should show up promptly.

I emailed them and they said they shipped it on November 16. Must have gotten lost in the mail or something.
