Do you genuinely not know how to resize a picture? And are you too lazy to Google it? Use Microsoft Picture Manager (which is probably already installed on your computer) and change the dimensions to something like 600 x 600.

I agree. It's not that most people who'll se that will recognize it as the cover of a fantasy book. They'll just see a fairly cool tattoo.
