Ok, so I had a bit of a wander round last night.

Last time I played the biomes had just been introduced, now there's a ton of stuff I don't recognise or have a clue how to make.

Looks so organised... checked out the bridges, the large red brick fortress near by, some of the nether, and some snowy mountains.

Just thought I'd have a look, but am now wondering about just what I could make this time around. I need to find out about the updated stuff... red glass? I saw a goddamned armoured horse too, wtf?

I think I'm in.

So that's the story. And what was the real lesson? Don't leave things in the fridge.

And baby zombies on chickens in gold armor. Don't forget those.

I sent you my nudes... I'm ashamed to think you thought of me as a lady .

Must. Do. More. Cardio...

red brick and stone fort is ADL. The fort in the mountainside across the stone bridge is me. Gust hubb is in a nether brick fort farther to the south of me.

There is a tonne of new content in the game since you were last on. The basics remain the same. Build your cabin, upgrade tools and mine for diamonds. Much of the rest is just bling.

@ the others

We have any progress toward building a wither boss yet? I heard talk of some skeleton farming.

If we build a wither boss in the End will it and the dragon fight? Can we do a mass event where we do that and watch the epic clash of the titans?

I headed the opposite direction to ADLs place from the spawn.

Found a mob village, but didn't go really far before I found a snowy mountain. I dug in at the top, set a small wall, and then tried to remember how to do stuff like make things. Been a while since I played without mod powers.

Nice starting with some new elements to the game - and a new map, and little recollection of survival mode.

New texture pack helps, it looks really nice. (Halcyon, if anyone's interested.) So at present I'm sat on a hill in a cave, and wondering if I should move on or stay here and make something out of this mountain.

I think I'll just check I'm not encroaching on someone else and set up a mine.

I'm not even going to ask about bosses yet...

I bet you're close to me, I'm on the edge of some snow Now, the circle is complete - at least I know you will raise the property value in the neighborhood

Look for my little H on top of a rock formation.

There is an enclosed ravine under my place that I have been mining
HiddenOne. You son of a bitch. You slimy, skulking, low-posting scumbag. You knew it would come to this. Roundabout, maybe. Tortuous, certainly. But here we are, you and me again. I started the train on you so many many hours ago, and now I'm going to finish it. Die HO. Die. This is for last time, and this is for this game too. This is for all the people who died to your backstabbing, treacherous, "I sure don't know what's going on around here" filthy lying, deceitful ways. You son of a bitch. Whatever happens, this is justice. For me, this is justice. Vote HiddenOne Finally, I am at peace.

The mountain I'm on is pretty high, with a lot of snow and trees. It has a slightly lower one close by, with forest and what looks like a natural quarry at the base.

No other signs of life that I've noticed yet. I haven't put up boundaries or anything but I'll probably want to develop the land round it and possibly the next door hill too. I'll start a border of some kind just so it's obvious where I'm working.

Having realised that the snow covers everything there I went looking for somewhere else, but I've decided to stay as it's not far from the spawn and it looks good for what I want.

I got booted off last night.. well, the game crashed and froze, my pc restarted, and I could only get the 'play offline' option to appear, so I went to bed.

Hopefully it will work later.

Yeah, the MC main servers were having a fit last night. I tried to pop online for a few minutes but couldn't.

Usually they are only down for a day or so. Probably if you check the forums you'll see they had a scheduled hardware upgrade or somesuch.

Wow, wasn't expecting a party so soon.

Unfortunately I was at the bottom of my mine, with no weapons, armor or food supplies to take.

I felt a bit like I was the one wearing the red shirt.

On the plus side, I got a few diamonds and emeralds last night. I just need to make some armor and a shitload of arrows and i'll be better prepared for any spontaneous nighttime desert shenanigans.

How much longer did everyone stay on for?

I was around for maybe an hour more? We've collected all your stuff and put it in a chest in the spawn house. I won't be on tonight - essential pub time

Edit: Think we have enough Ender eyes now?

Ha, all that work and Gust had us covered already :wallbash:

I left the Ender Pearls we collected in one of my chests near the Fortress, though it sounds like we hardly need them anymore.

Also scoped out the village - it is the lit one very close to 0x/0z. The purple villager there will sell Ender Eyes for 8 emeralds. The guy buying wheat with emeralds has been bought out, but you can sell wool, fish, raw porkchops or coal to the other villagers there, so we could easily get more Eyes there.

I won't be on much over the weekend but could definitely get online Monday night if that would be a good time to gang up on the Ender Dragon (if you guys can wait that long!)

I can wait if the others can.

I need to start arrow production and get some enchantments going - would be a shame to get there and get taken out straightaway.

Thanks for saving my stuff, I'll try to get it later.

Nope I had a diamond sword and a couple of spare diamonds. I saw someone else with a pick but can't remember who.

If it has a Fortune 2 and something else on it it may be mine - I thought I left it at home though
