Texan Coal game, I learned this the other day. Get a red hot coal from the fire and toss it about. If you juggle it quickly it doesn't hurt. Pass it around the circle. You're supposed to drink when you drop it but you can ignore that. Its really cool when its dark, and not as stupid as it sounds.
The questions game from Inglorius Basterds, you get a writing pad and you write down the name of a famous person then stick the name to someones forhead. Then they can ask questions about who they are. You lose your turn when the answer you get is no so you can keep going as long as the answer is yes. Good clean fun and you can put some fun ones up to mess with people. One of my friends gave me "Your Mom"... quite difficult to guess and a lot of fun for them.
Adult BBQ/Party games. Need suggestions...

You can always try flip cup. However you'll have to make sure to balance the teams properly so a load of drunks isn't facing a bunch of sober people.
