SB is right, get her a nice bottle of alcohol.
Though the baby vs coat hanger is an awesome concept.
@Ment
Are you sure you don't want a tazer?
It could really be useful.
Or you could put Valium in the water.

then EVERYONE would pass out and there wouldn't be enough paramedics in the GTA to revive all those people. no that won't work.
the trend of understaffing continued today. I was called upon to work senior position today--along with several other "field promotions". thankfully, it was uneventful.
the people continue flocking to the park. I don't understand what their problem is, really, but they all want to get their last shot at the waterpark before it closes. stupid fear of loss, working FOR us, for once, at the worst possible time.
Heat takes its toll on even more brain cells--3 of our younger staff got fired today. the idiotic girls tried to scalp their complimentary guest passes which we get with our checks. To patrons. in front of the front cashiers.
After the night one of the ticket booths got broken into.
with all the senior management (not our department, but the entire PARK management) being up front, investigating.
sigh
the only bright side was, they didn't get sent straight home: instead they were able to finish the day.
and for tomorrow we have 13 people that I know of (can't see what's up with senior staff) who have posted their shifts, expressing the desire NOT to show up to work tomorrow.
thank god tomorrow's my last day.

Wow.
Exciting times to work in a waterpark.
Also why would you want to save everyone exactly? I mean "natural" selection could take place.
On my end, work was frantic today due to lack of experience by a coworker and me forgetting to double check. I'll have worked all five nights this week and I'll be doing 3 to 4 nights a week from now on. I'm not particularly happy about that.

I would like to raise a question, or sort of a riddle.
it starts by having you pick a number.
The next person to post should do this, not anyone else (ever).
and based on their response the next part of the question will come into play.
Your choices are
6
-7
8
23
cat
66
78
010
Choose wisely

Now there are 15 boxes in front of you. Inside 14 you will find nothing and you will lose the riddle, inside one you will find the golden key and win. You must use the knowledge of the questions that were laid before you to come to the decision and choose a box that it was in, also I will pm someone the correct answer so you know lye I do not. The answer is logical this is not random, your choices.

thats incredible logic but so wrong, its much simpler. The answer is 12 because the first was 7 down and the 2nd was 5 down 7+5 = 12
That was stuiped wasn't it
Edit: You opened the box and poisoned dagger shot out into your neck. you died six hours later.

My sister is due to give birth in the next couple of weeks, and I need to get a present. My bitch of a friend completely stole my idea of a mini Arsenal babygrow kit, and so now I must i) kill her and ii) come up with a new idea.
So, options are clothes (which everyone's got it), toys (which it'll be too little to use for ages), or baby books (which I sincerely doubt my sister will read to the child, unless it has celebrities or fashion or such shit in it). Any other thoughts people?
I did see a baby t-shirt that says "Baby 1 - 0 Coat hanger" which I find hilarious but I suspect my sister would not. Otherwise, je suis stumped.

You should totally go ahead and buy that shirt.
I gave my sis a Motörhead shirt for the unborn as a sign of my intention to thoroughly corrupt her spawn, as any uncle should. She took it surprisingly well (not knowing who Motorhead are, but just seeing a black T with a totally aggressive print on it), and promised to dress the kid in it when she takes it to my grandma.

Don't listen to this affable Brit, he only wants to keep Canada meek and pliable for British manipulation. Besides, you think out of all the dangerous Australian animals we have at our disposal we would choose kangaroos? We have lethal wildlife you've never even heard of, much less seen before. Were we to infest Canada with our animals to
But that's all speculation. We only wish to provide you with cheap, fast, reliable internet. So just go ahead and sign the contract. You'll be better off. Speeds you can't even dream of, and almost no price at all. Yep, virtually none at all.

Since Im not sure im dealing with a reliable reprepresentative of the Manitoba Telecom Services, ill have to decline for now.
in the meanwhile, hooray for unlimited mobile bandwidth for justone dollar every 24 h
On A related note, stuff is cheap in Manitoba!
had the first taste of uni grub in 1,5 years--Uni centre caf is open even on holidays-- all you can eat brunch for 12 bucks!!! Life is good.
distances are quite daunting, but ill have all of tomorrow to explore the surroundings...
