Steam's Midweek Madness offers Baldur's Gate Enhanced Edition at 3,49 EUR. How could I pass on that offer?

I've been having everyone buy it. It is an absolute steal at that price.

Considering I never got around to DLC, any advice on what to buy if I only wanted to get 1 or 2 add ons? I saw that everything except the newest is 50% off all week.

Haven't played the latest DLC yet (Tiny Tina's Assault on Dragon Keep), but I've played the others. My favorite is probably Mr. Torgue's Campaign of Carnage with Captain Scarlett and Her Pirate's Booty a close second. Both have moments of side splitting humor and fun new areas to explore as well as new enemies and bosses (and of course new weapons). Sir Hammerlock's Big Game Hunt brings up the rear. This probably will change when I play the Tiny Tina campaign because I heard it is a hoot and a holler. It being the last major DLC for Borderlands 2, I imagine Gearbox wanted to end the Borderlands 2 DLC season with bang.

TT:AODK is the best, especially if you like rpg's, it's excellent and just too good to pass up. Torque is easily the second best. EXPLOSIONS??? The other 2 are both good, but not great. But I enjoyed them both.
I've always been crazy but its kept me from going insane.

I felt guilty buying Borderlands 2 as I still have a backlog to play and also xbox live halo 4 is taking my only gameplaying time. However the gf was in the room while I was looking at whatever else was on sale and ive now shelled out more on lego lord of the rings (which admittedly looks pretty good fun) than Borderlands 2 would have been.

I have to buy Borderlands now

Thanks for the advice guys. It looks like the cost to pick up several of the DLC packs is about the same as the Season Pass so I'm considering just grabbing that.


While I figure out that, I just picked up The Witcher 2 for $10, also a steal. This ultimate sale is great! I had a copy of The Witcher 2 on Steam from the last summer sale, but my computer isn't good enough to run it anymore so I figured I would get it on my platform of choice. Looking forward to it.

Bear in mind the season pass doesn't include the two extra character DLCs.

You’re in a warren with the High Mage your cadre mage could smell like. What’s in your hand, back at me. I have it, it’s an acorn with two gates to that realm you love. Look again, the acorn is now otataral. Anything is possible when your mage smells like Sole Spice and not a Bole brother. I’m on a quorl.

I just bought the Borderlands 2 + Season Pass bundle on Greenman Gaming.

Seeing as I already own Borderlands 2 here's a steam key for anyone wanting to play Borderlands 2.

34 years old, just got married last weekend. They were talking about how much fun they'd had on the podcast.

I feel fucking gutted. The guy was one of the funniest and most talented commentators in the videogame scene.

Which path did you take?

whichever it was, go back and play the other one. You're missing out on about a third of the content by only playing through Act 2 once.

I went with Iorveth. Definitely planning to play through the other path though, here's hoping I didn't save over my act 1 file. Console limited the number of save slots, so I was forced to save over a bunch of files I didn't want to.

I went with Roche, I didn't feel as if I could side with Iorveth. Siding with the Scoia'tael was a much more palatable task in the first game I thought.

I really liked how TW1 gave you an actual option to walk away. In fact, in Act 4, walking away was the "natural" choice--Wheras to actively pick a side you had to say "No, I wanna stay and help so and so"

In TW2, there really is no sensible reason why you'd pick Iorveth, I thought. Unless of course

edit -> note this is from 7+ months ago now, but they still haven't started alpha. Hopefully it will be like minecraft in that we can rent a server for Malazan and play with non-assholes. Well... non-griefers anyway :crybaby:
