Remember this? Man, recalling great times singing that when playing murder ball with friends in P.E. class.

Has anyone played Pillars of Eternity II:Deadfire?
It’s out on PS4 and it looks right up my alley, but I’ve also heard there has been issues with the switch to console.

Horizon Zero Dawn is a must finish game. The game is top notch from the start, but there is a moment in the game near the end where you will flip your lid. One of the best moments, story wise, I've ever experienced playing a video game.

Agreed. Utterly superb.

The excellent reviews of Ori And The Will Of The Wisps is hurting my heart because they are so good and I really want to play it now. Definitely going to get both games if I buy the next gen Xbox console. If any you guys play it, don't flaunt it over me and be all like - "nany-nany-boo-boo this game is the best and you PS4 die-hards can't play it."

You can always play the original on Switch right now.

I liked it, though it wasn't great. Alright story, though some cool settings and all, and my ship was pretty cool. As far as Isometric RPGs go, it's worth it, though It will never rank in the top 10 I'd say.

I can't tell if Ubisoft launching an expansion for The Division 2 in march, a game about a bioengineered influenza pandemic, either has the worst PR potential or the best marketing opportunity in our current climate.

Rumors are spreading that E3 is going to be cancelled because of the C-virus.

God damnit. This is supposed to be the best year for video games! I want my celebration of games and new consoles! Don't ruin this for me you stupid virus!
I guess the companies can still do video announcements and presentations but it's just not the same.

ESA made it official.
now watch various publishers scramble "book" a primetime streaming timeslot, so as not to overlap.
According to Jason Schreier, WB was gonna do a conference this year, since they're getting ready to show off that Harry Potter game + the 2 DC comic games.

That's their GDC talks, I believe. They're gonna stream those since they can't do live presentations b/c GDC was "postponed"
Ubi confirmed they are looking into hosting a digital event in place of E3 as well
So I guess, Microsoft, Nintendo, Ubi, WB (?), probably Bethesda, Squeeenix, 2K(maybe?)
That's a lot of trailers to watch.

Missed opportunity by DOOM. Should have released today - Friday 13th.
Nioh 2 is out today. How's it being received? Good reviews?

I've seen mostly positive impressions. It's more Nioh, even more complex and loot-and-build driven.
I'll have to check it out once it hits PC. Maybe I'll have played the original by then.

Big Huge Microsoft news
https://www.eurogame...es-x-full-specs
Digital Foundry got to play with the Xbox Series X and saw the full specs
3.8 Ghz CPU, 12 TFLOps GPU, 16 GB RAM and 1TB SSD.
And the actual chip is smaller than what everyone expected, so that means it might not cost as much as ppl expect.
It's a powerful piece of kit. The GPU is apparently not too far off from an RTX 2080, which is currently of the top-end cards (at least until Nvidia drops the 3000 series that's supposed to be a serious generational leap). However, I don't intend to play with 4k resolution, so I don't need nearly that much power. my 1660 TI runs at nearly the same speed at boost clock, so I should be fairly future-proofed for the next few years.

Being stuck at home for the foreseeable future I went and bought a Nintendo Switch, so the GF and I can play mario kart etc together. Also bought the Zelda game everyone seems to love. Any other tips for what one should get for the switch?
