Out of the blue, Granblue Fantasy versus is announced for a Steam release. Actually coming out before the PS4 version in EU.
This suggests that the other 2 announced Cygames PS4 titles (Granblue Fantasy Relink and Project Awakening) might be equally "exclusive"
Platinum Games did the combat bits in Relink, so that might be worth looking into.
EDIT:
Baldur's Gate 3 combat is turn-based, and super-detailed based on D&D 5th edition.
Sven's presentation was hilarious, and ended with a critical bug.
Game looks good, but a real timesink.

GDC, The Game Developers Conference, has been postponed to some time later this year because of the C-virus.
Makes me wonder if this will keep happening all year with E3, Gamescom and the reveal events one assumes Sony and Microsoft were planning on holding. Terrible timing for a console launch window.

Watched a weekly round up and there are rumblings (rumors) that PlayStation 5 is not going to make it holiday season this year. The summary, that discussed a myriad of topics and this was just a quick blurb, didn't indicate whether these rumblings were born out of the impact by coronavirus or as a result of routine business operations.

Counterpoint: some people are rumbling about some kind of Sony event happening early next week.
KojiPro is teasing something for next week, Activision's supposed to have an announcement, and the director of Silent Hill has been cryptically active on twitter. Also, Gearbox said more news on Godfall (the one announced PS5 console exclusive) are coming next week.
Not saying it'll materialize into anything big, but there's a lot of buzz every which way. Too early to speculate about how this will affect end of year commercial output and next gen.

I was looking at a list of games coming out this month. Damn, I see Ori and the Will of the Wisps drops on the 11th. It being exclusive to Xbox, the first one (Ori and the Blind Forest) almost got me to buy an Xbox One, but I fought of the urge. Any you game fr33k5 play the first? any good? Are you going to jump on Will-O'-Wisps when it lands on the 11th?

I don't own an Xbox or a PC so can't play Ori 2 but the first one was awesome and somewhat frustrating at times. Will definitely be playing 2 when I get the new Xbox.

I've just been scrolling through the nintendo eshop on my switch.
Seriously, I never knew there was so much stuff here - and on offer too.
All these PC ports? Balders Gate 1 and 2, Planescape Torment, Civ VI, as well as a ton of stuff I haven't played, like Ori. And I have a ton of points built up, so I bought a couple of indie games for absolutely nothing basically.
Dark Souls Remastered is on here, Witcher 3.. I dont know why I'm surprised, I've just not associated this stuff with nintendo before, and now there are offers of up to 50% off they're just peanuts. For massive games, that you can carry about anywhere.
I'm now flying about in a Spitfire doing Battle of Britain missions and dog-fighting over southern Britain. It cost £2.
Kinda impressed.

So that's the story. And what was the real lesson? Don't leave things in the fridge.

Played it last month, 100% it.
Will probably buy the followup Day 1 on Steam once reviews hit. Since Microsoft took a Steam-friendly approach and is publishing it on PC themselves (outside the WinStore ecosystem), I don't expect it to come to GOG, so no point in waiting.
The first was a solid Metroidvania; nothing too fancy mechanically, except for one unique platforming ability, but fun, with a good difficulty curve. Very basic combat (this is being worked on in the sequel), story that hits the feels; good soundtrack and gorgeous art style.

Death Stranding PC release date- June 2nd.
Comes with cross-over Half-Life gear!
Not in a particular rush to pre-order, but I'll probably buy it close to release to check out the weirdness of full Kojima.
Also, Halo CE Anniversary is coming to the PC version of the MCC soon. Maybe even this week.
Looks like Microsoft wants to monopolize my gaming time this March.

Hmm, Death Stranding with user content mods would be something else.
A portal gun would be God tier.

Depending how things go with next gen launch, I can definitely see myself getting an Xbox Series X (is that the name of it?). I would most certainly get the Ori games at some point then.

Just saw the Tsushima trailer looks dope and I'm surprised by the release date. If Tsushima isn't a launch title what kind of exclusivess have they got as a backup?

New Horizon, Grand Tourismo, the BluePoint project (rumoured to be Demons' Souls remake; my bet is on a Solid Snake collection- just because); plus whatever Japanese PlayStation exclusives they've secured that are gonna be cross-platform, but play way better on PS5
