Good lynch. Fast though.
Ruse claims he has only been in one scene. So, you've been subject to or have only done ONE action this entire game? D'riss claims he has been in 5 or 6 and is "the smoking lady." Those aren't even close to meshing, so someone is either seriously confused, or someone is lying.
I'm interested in hearing more about this at the moment.

Right
Just a letter question of opinion of play.
Let's say you're kaschan, you HP is looking shifty and he is requesting if Kaschan knows his own team.
What would you do,
assuming you knew a few or all the european players
1) give the names you have
2) swap the names you have with people you believe are not european
3) leave the names of european players that you think is shifty and then throw in a few other names of players who aren't european as well
3 i could see being advantageous but it is based on submitting the right names, while 2 will still allow you to prove that HP is not up to good if those people die off, but you are risking the chance that you aren't the first person he takes out to cover his tracks.

Do any of these choices make me look more like scum than the others? Or are you just trying to find out who my team is?

Well I think it's pretty clear D'riss claims to know who Ruse is and so is just finding all of the scenes with (criminal elements woman, smoking woman, etc) and adding them up. So his math is based on his assertion of who he believe Ruse to be in the scenes.
On the other hand, one scene? If Ruse really is so daft he can't spot himself in more than one scene, I'm going to be stunned to silence. That is just stupid, stupid, stupid to say. He's borderline claiming "RI."

I'm just saying you took a brilliant gamble. I mean HP could of had a vig or his lover could have been a killer. Your plan is based on you surviving and HP using the info you gave him to incriminate himself.

I never knew until Rash revealed our "secret" info that HP had a partner. And I gave HP the info not to incriminate himself, but because I didnt trust him....or did I?

Yes, I understand all that.

My statement was more towards the two of them than a general on-thread comment. I'd like to hear about this more from the two drasticly different version of events.
Also, good catch on non-smoking woman day 1.

I obviously cannot talk about any scene I may or may not be in, but i have been voting for ruse since the start of the game and pushing toward his lynch. If i was lying why would i be so focused? I might have the wrong end of the stick and ruse is actually a spy who uses henchmen, but i doubt it. Now today what makes me ninety-nine percent certain he is not a spy is that he is lying about his scenes.

Yes, obviously you won't go revealing scenes. Obviously, if anybody has a vendetta against the smoking woman, it's me. She bitch slapped me into a coma for a verrrrrry lonnnnnnng weekend!
I think the problem is that all we have is basically your word against Ruse's. There's no real case here. But Ruse did go and say one of the dumbest things all game, like we've all pointed out.

Caught up... Very nice on the Rashan lynch
On the Ruse/D'riss Debate. D'riss has stuck by his guns pretty much the entire game. He says, based on scenes he knows who the smoking woman is, I think we can all agree she is scum, Ruse then says he has only been in 1 scene...(WTF) yeah right. All that combined and I am willing to give D'riss the benefit of the doubt.
Of course Ruse is going to jump on and say he can't post the scene that shows someone for the first and ONLY time, cause it would out him.. but really? I am pretty sure we have seen each person more than once.
Idk, my gut says that I trust D'riss more than ruse. I will be here for the next 7-8 hrs off and on, so I am not dropping a vote yet, so we don't speed lynch, but as of now I am going to be voting for Ruse.

Just wanted to get this out there, it's both train's on Rashan. The big thing that pops out at me... When the voting gets to 10, Gamelon removes his vote... very odd play, he tries to back track with his second day Rashan Vote, by saying Kaschan confused him... but Kasch had been saying the entire rime he was waiting for Rashan to get on. Very odd. Also, Mockra removes his vote, and tries to get rash to give up some info... not necessarily bad, but it did add more confusion at the end, and with the voting mechanics, and what w saw with the actual Rashan lynch, you dont necessarily need the full amount to get a lynch. Also kinda fishy.
Things I noticed. D'riss was on both trains, and on both trains early, I think it's unlikely, if syndicate knows their own team, that he would be syndicate, which makes me trust the Ruse case even more.
Same goes for Eloth and Silanah, Silanah was in the heat of the first Rashan lynch, and early on the second train.
Also Liosan Started the first one... I am not seeing much scum from him. Anyway just observations. and to put the 2 trains together on thread.

Awesome, first (confirmed) scum down.
@Olar Ethil: I didn't recall Kaschan mentioning he would be waiting, hence my confusion. That was a mistake on my part as I've already said. Also, most of what you're saying is predicated on the assumption that all the syndicates already know each other, which may or may not be true.
As has already been mentioned, this "1 scene" bit with Ruse is ridiculous, and atm I think he's our best lynch candidate. I have to go (again) and have some shit to attend this evening, but I'll be around later this evening to read Ruse's defense and maybe place a vote.
edit: added (confirmed)

Ok first good job on the Rashan lynch (though im a bit annoyed it happened while i was away
) so i am now wondering whether HP was actually scum or rather stupid european .
On the D'riss/ Ruse thing it does seem to be a lot of D'riss' word against Ruses but i am getting the feeling that D'riss does know something so i might be inclined to believe him since one scene is a bit unbelievable at this point.

Just want to clarify. I did not start that train. I hopped on at about 8 or 9. I don't know why it put me first, but it did. It did that earlier to one Korvalain's lynch with somebody else, I think.

Sweet, scum down!
I agree with the sentiment that Ruse only appearing once seems unlikely. Unfortunately there isn't really anything that could settle things either way, since both parties are forbidden from pointing themselves out in the scenes.
I dont see why D'riss would make such a specific claim at this point of the game if he wasnt sure though. As syndicate it's too early in the game to make a move like that, especially if Ruse comes back as anything other the smoking lady he'll be under huge amounts of pressure tomorrow. There's still tons of time left in the day, so I wont vote now, but I do think Ruse will be the way to go.
So we have a confirmed Chinese Syndicate, and a possible EU syndicate (and since Kas's case was pretty much the heart of a lynch against scum I'm inclined to believe that HP was scum). That leaves Japanese (possibly smoking lady), American and Russian. I know PS said there wasnt neccessarily one scum in each faction, but I think that one per faction is a decent rough guideline to continue our search. The scenes dont really indicate anything about nationality though, so hopefully the various people with info can take a look with that in mind and start getting cases ready.
