@Shadow, I think it's just as likely that Tapper slapped on the last vote (Rashan, if that theory is true) without using the Mafia Manager.
All we really know is that Meanas and Rashan (2 low/lowish posters) were coerced to vote, or voted invisibly. Pretty sure one (don't know who) was forced to vote based on that scene, not sure about the other.
I am kind of curious as to why the final count said 13 with only 12 names on the list... usually if a player has a double vote, that information isn't revealed in the count (and I believe Mafia Manager accounts for it with a hidden value so that it internally tabulates an extra vote but doesn't show it in the count).
Could be another Tapper typo, which is actually more likely if he manually updated the count to end the day as detailed above.

I see what you mean, yeah that's definitely also possible.

The man with the grey temples moved through the street, prepared for everything. He had refreshed himself after 24 hours of vigilance, and was ready to do this again. And this time, he would hit back. His hand caressed the tube on his back, checking its lid. A small smile played around his lips. Let the danger come.
~~
“Henry, come here. I think it is time we went to see for ourselves what all this trouble is about.”
“I’m Skyping my wife at the moment, can we go in ten minutes?”
“I’m sure she has something to do… you know, mother those three little demons of yours, what were their names again? Urdr, Verdandi and Skuld?”
“Fine, we’ll go. Just stop insulting my children.”
~~
He walked into the shady, smoke filled den, ignoring all the customers at their gambling and drink, walking straight up to the tiny figure sitting in the back. “Nice shirt,” she said, waving at the embroidered tiger on the collar. “You know why I am here.”
You want to kill me?” she asked, spinning the chamber of a revolver. “Are you sure your dick is big enough to match this?”
Someone laughed to the left. In reply, he lashed out with his left hand, hitting a guy who sat there cleaning his nails with a dirty switchblade. Two of the guys fingers spun in a lazy arc, and mayhem started. In the end, only one man stood, flicking a few drops of blood from his collar.
Emurlahn is dead, she was Ba Leng, a Chinese Spy.
~~
She jumped the low wall that separated the club from the street. It was something incredibly fancy, filled with the beautiful and rich. She knew where she should go: top floor, the penthouse, a bedroom full of cushions, and every drink and drug known to man. She scaled the wall, then went for a peek. Her target was busy in the Jacuzzi with three ladies, his clothes, stylish jeans and a brown leather jacket, carelessly thrown on the bed. Still the playboy he always was… She lowered herself. He still had all his tricks.
~~
She fingered the garrotte, and looked at the wide hipped blond straying over the pavement, intending to shut her up. Not forever, but for a while. There were plenty of locations where one could disappear. She held back as she saw a beautiful woman with black hair walk up to the blonde, their conversation just a bit too muted to make out. Both then continued their way, and she stuck to following the blond, down to a Chinese cafeteria somewhere in the less pleasant areas of Roppongi. The place was aflame by the time they arrived.
~~
He stood in the rain, his glasses mirroring the lamp light, eyes on the man who sat in the restaurant, reading a book. He was unaware of the lithe figure perching on a neon sign high above him, her tiny feet all she used for balance, a weird-shaped blade in her hand. She liked the power she had over death and life, but she would not unleash it yet.
This should be all night actions.
You are now level 3. Yes, 3, not 2. Yes, I know, only two kills. Just trust me.
It is Day 3. 24 hours remaining
Everyone is level 3.
21 Players still alive: D'riss, Eloth, Fener, Galain, Galayn Lord, Gamelon, Hood's Path, Kaschan, Liosan, Meanas, Mockra, Olar Ethil, Omtose, Rashan, Ruse, Serc, Shadow, Sheltatha Lore, Silanah, Spite, Tellan
11 votes to lynch, 11 votes to go to night.

I'll be out for a couple of minutes, need food, a break and if someone is closeby, I could do with a massage, too.

Looks quite a bit like the same guy from the first night with the same, "Retaliation," kind of ability.

Who the hell even knows?! Seriously, this one is totally impossible to figure out. Lover communications? Paired investigations?

Someone didn't like Emur's sense of humor. Looks like someone with a killing power has an embroidered tiger on his collar. And it appears he has martial arts skills.

Looks like an Investigation/Find.

Garrote implies a killer, but the scene hints at some kind of silence ability? It appears to have failed. Not sure I understand the end where the cafeteria is in flames...

Glasses man (tilted glasses?) looking at book man (I think the bouncer scene mentioned a guy reading a book), and is being watched by female killer with a weird blade.

Seems to me the guy who killed Emurlahn is the same guy who was in the temple the previous night. Apart from that I agree with your reading.

Final Day 2 vote count.
Emur didn't vote on Day 2, kind of strange since he's Chinese.

Level 3 with only the two kills, huh? Very interesting. Last game there was an ability that lowered the number of posts needed to level up, maybe this time someone activated an ability that lowers the number of kills necessary.
As to the scenes, well, I wonder if the Chinese restaurant that was aflame was the same one Emurlahn was murdered in...

More wierdness!
OK, so I'm guessing someone's ability pumped everyone's level up by one?
As people have said, I dont see vote order being a huge issue, it's the phantome votes that are odd. Judging by the guy yelling into the phone, it sounds like there's at least one person who can force people to vote. The real question is whether it would be people on their team and why they would choose to use it.
It sounds from the scene the guy on the phone had some sort of relationship had some sort of relationship with the person that he was speaking to, which implies some sort of team ability, but I doubt this is the case for two reasons - one is that it would involve knowing who is on your team, and two, it would make your teammates look very suspicious. Maybe something that is activated over a lover link?
The other question is why someone would want to try end a day with only one obvious lynch target early. I can think of a couple of possible reasons - to prevent Korv spilling more information, to try end the day before people had a chance to get organised and put down their random votes, or to try end day before anyone had a chance to get their actions in. Based on how early on in the train Meanas's vote appears, I would think it's likely the last of those options - someone saw how the day would go early on and try to speed things to their conclusion to throw people off balance.

That is strange, indeed. Perhaps he was trying to hide being Chinese? Or maybe he was blocked from voting by an ability?

Conversely, if it was a night ability used on Night 1, then the player using the ability wouldn't really have had much of an idea of who would turn out to be a lynch candidate. Perhaps they got lucky and picked Korvalain, or maybe they're one of the first few people to suggest voting Korvalain as they hoped to use their forced votes?
Something else: both Meanas AND Rashan were forced to vote or had hidden votes. The odds of that happening in seperate circumstances and both targetting Korv seems unlikely to me. But what if Meanas and Rashan were the person with two alts and they were affected by an ability and so are forced to vote with both alts or something like that?

@Tellan, I think it's more likely that Meanas was a late added vote. Note he appears after the 3 last known voters in the vote list, probably a Mafia Manager error.
@Shadow, Maybe. But I kind of agree with Tellan's other point... it could have been a way to try and end the day before a bunch of people got their votes or actions in.

I can't really see how we'd be able to lynch someone other than Korvalain at this point mind.
