other reasons why no one died? sure, let's see:
LEaders targetted each other.
people had BPs
there were guads afoot and they guarded the right people, for once
Healers did same
or maybe ppl are withholding their actions, since everyone always fires off their load early in the game when they're vigged.
just throwing it out there, lol

Leaders targeted each other? They can't, they had to target someone on their own team night 1 right? I think we just can't expect NK's from leaders until night 2.

The leaders only get to kill every second night. With three unguardable kills every two nights (plus possible kills by the mystery faction) I seriously doubt there are many vigs (if any at all). I dont see why everyone is surprised at the lack of kills - tonight will likely be carnage though.

leaders could not have... I just read the rulz again.
the way i read it, is every night the leader has to target his own team member.
If he is targeted the that night he gets a kill the next.
If his kill the next night is targeted he gets distracted....
So it looks like tonight was always going to be un-eventfull

Morgoth is here, all rejoice.

@kaschan,
yeah, I had to read the rules a bunch of times to follow the order of things. I thought I had understood it, but I missed that leaders wouldn't actually kill the first night - I read targeting as = killing.

The rules aren't that complicated. Since the majority of us are presumably roled (tis a role-heavy game) and our roles have a big impact on how the leaders roles work (and can easily end up getting us killed) I'm suspicious of people who haven't taken the time to make sure they understand correctly. Or at least appear that way on thread.

The rules are pretty straight forwards. You guys just lack reading comprehension.

You were supposed to get this at the beginning of the day, but I forgot to tell Baudin. My mistake.
In the midst of all the tumult of the morning, Liosan stumbles over Atrahal's sleeping form. Turning her around, it is sadly discovered that Atrahal is not at sleeping. Sometime during the previous day she must have fallen and impaled herself on her perky breasts.
You are all very distraught.
Atrahal (Tapper) is dead. She belonged to Pinhead.
