I think when Telas is described as anathema to Thyr, he means that Telas is somewhat a perversion of Thyr which is the more pure of the two warrens. Thyr is closer to the Tiste Liosan warren of pure light Kurald Thyrllan. The same way meneas is a perersion of Kurald Emurlan and Rashan is to Kurald Galain. Its obviously possible for him to access more than one warren, seeing as he is the strongest mage (with only on soul) and making the leap from telas to thyr isnt that big since they are closely related.
Tayschrenn's Warrens Typo?

I thought Thyr and Telas were the same thing tbh. I totally never made the distinction lol. Frankly sometimes the use of warrens etc get really confusing. I always got Telas and Tellan mixed up as well.

He is not the only one to have more than one warren - beak and bottle have shown this, as has pearl

And the scars bourne by us both,
are easily missed,
In the distance between us.

Mind,
To be kind,
For you will find,
Kindness has its own rewards,
and each must find his way to heaven

I am sure Tay can access a lot of warrens, but only uses the ones he has an inclincation towards, like in NoK when it is described KIska's talent shows her having an inclination to the warren her and Corrin pass through because she can see images in the mirrors.
SO yes Tay prefers the Telas/Thyr line as much as the D'Riss warren he should have access to as mentioned above, being an expriest of D'rek and one of 2 she doesn't end up killing.
And also yes to the relation between warrens/holds. Telas < Thyr < Kurald Thyrllan same as the heirarchy of Shadow and Darkness as well as others probably. a Imass mentiones it to Duikers mage friend about his meanas warrnes relationship to Kurald Emurlan.

Later on in the books (I want to say RG) a certain retarded high Mage shows us it's possible for mages to access multiple, even every, warren if your ballin' enough.
Edit: looks like T'renn beat me to it haha

I thought the anathema warren was Hairlock's, who, by how he appeared from darkness and all of that, seemed to be a Rashan mage.
Anyway Tay's warrens seem to be:
High Telas
Thyr
Mockra(if all the talk abut the mind destroying magic is not a GotMism)
Possibly D'riss(seeing how it seems to be the Warren of D'rek, of whom Tay was a High Priest)

Hairlock was anethema due to him having bubble baths in Chaos
