Ok I am having the wife ask her friend what kind of deal she can get for the Holiday Inn express (downtown) for 2 king rooms and a double on the night of the 11th of September.

Just wondering when everyones goin to get into town.

I was thinking of going up Friday since its about a 7 hour drive, but if everyones getting in on Sat I'll suck it up and come then.

I've always been crazy but its kept me from going insane.

Ok guys here is the hotel information.

The price is 79$ a night.
It is right on the Brown Line, which you can take (or walk) to the Clark and Lake stop to access the Blue Line. It isn't as centrally located in the Loop as the Palmer House, but it looks to be a bit less expensive. The Merch Mart Holiday Inn seems to get good reviews. There is a restaurant/lounge on one of the top floors that was just remodeled and looks pretty nice/has great views. It's in (or really, really near) the River North neighborhood, and isn't far from Streeterville, Mag Mile, etc...
