I'm here for like 10 minutes, but most of it will be spent sorting out passwords and timezones.
@ Ruse, I think the inquisition just has to keep either side from overpowering the other. My recall of what happened in the movies is faded and beer fuddled (then, not now
) but I recall something along those lines.

Just remember that if all else fails you can pull out your own spine and fence with it.

The thing is im wondering why that balance thing was put in because if either watch has destroyed the other then theyve already won so either its a redundant bit or theres some limit where the balance isnt maintained.
Also day 10! i have a feeling were not getting expecting a big death fest in this game?

Well considering that lynches apparently are decided by the inquisition and GK flat-out stated "when you are recruited," I have a good feeling this game is just one giant jockey for position.

Well it says in the OP that the inquisition can decide if someone lives or dies when lynched while they (he?) are (is?) in play. Would the inquisition be one person or a group, I really cant remember what happens in that movie other than there's a crazy bus ride. Anyway, they'd probably try keep the two factions balanced through that power, although it will be interesting if they also have to guess the possible alignment of whoever is on the block. It wouldnt be impossible for them to stop either side gaining superiority for 10 days and claim victory for themselves.

I would have thought that the inquisition would get the allignment of the person in question, makes sense to me. In the book the inquisition are the ruling body who govern the watches iirc.

I'm back! Where are all the Americans at?
So the inquisition could be more than one person, but if unlikely to recruit since then they'd have a huge advantage over the watches.

Just reading up, I would think the inquisition would be more than 1 person, probably a group of 3 that can off thread communicate ( duh)

and this, there is probably a bunch of RI's.
So my guess would be :
3 of the

One leader for day
One leader for night
Maybe a second in command for each of the leaders as if they get lynched/nk'd on day/night 1 it might upset balance too early. Or just make the inquisition's job really difficult.
and a whole bunch of RI's
There might be a few other roles in there, but really thats just a guess. but 5-7 Ri's 2 leaders and 3 inquisition sounds about right.

well we know Ment said the number of players had to be odd. So I'm guessing an even number of RIs, balanced day and night watches (2-3 is a good guess) and an odd number of inquisitors (likely 3, maybe 1) Given that there are 15 people playing that would be something along the lines of 3-2-2-8, 1-3-3-8 or more unlikely 1-2-2-10 or 3-3-3-6.
