I imagine Jesus looked like a normal guy.

The question is Tiste, did he have a beard?
I'd imagine he did, but the earliest iconographic representations of Jesus had him without a beard.
It was later through Byzantine influence that he was given a beard because amongst other things beards denote wisdom and awesomeness.
So then, does he have a beard? I don't feel like re-reading the New Testament to find out, so I'll assume that he did.

DW - Historically he probably did have a beard because it was very much a cultural thing. He wasn't white and pasty like most western iconography portrays him. He would most likely be olive skinned like most Jewish middle easterns. He also came from Galilee so technically he had a northern accent.
