brutal hangover is optional

I will co-ordinate with Venereal Goldblum on Monday and work out what we're doing, and let you know. In either case, that does seem a painfully early time....

OK, my friend just bought me tickets from Plymouth to Cambridge for the 10th and then from Stevenage to Plymouth on the Wednesday after, to get into King's Cross about 11:08ish or so. I might have to take the 11:15 train to Cambridge or something but I should be fine. They're picking me up from Cambridge whenever on the Sunday's feasible, so that's that sorted. Now I just need to sleep right now.

EVERYTHING'S COMING UP ILLHOUSE
Hello, soldiers, look at your mage, now back to me, now back at your mage, now back to me. Sadly, he isn’t me, but if he stopped being an unascended mortal and switched to Sole Spice, he could smell like he’s me. Look down, back up, where are you? You’re in a warren with the High Mage your cadre mage could smell like. What’s in your hand, back at me. I have it, it’s an acorn with two gates to that realm you love. Look again, the acorn is now otataral. Anything is possible when your mage smells like Sole Spice and not a Bole brother. I’m on a quorl.

Cool! If your friends are coming from Bedford they may as well pick you up from the house as it's not as far as Cambridge.

@Giles - bah! lightweight... what is all this pussying out at the last minute? :(

I'd like to take this opportunity to remind everyone that I am a responsible adult and will not be drinking too much this year!!!

Mac - You could always co-ordinate an irresponsible adult pick up time with some of the others. I won't get to see the Manky Malazites much anymore so I want to get there in plenty of time.

Got to see those Manky Malazites - look forward to seeing you next Saturday, Mez - should be a grand reunion.

BTW Hetan - is the dress code to wear LAST year's t-shirt to emphasise continuity?

the dress code, afaik, is to wear the same clothes you put on on Friday morning then get hassled by a canadian into buying a tshirt to replace your smelly one.

Fuck knows where my t-shirt from last year is....and unless you wanna see me in a waistcoat, then clothes from Friday probably isn't good either. Unless Hetan and Mal have got a snooker table since last year, in which case I'm the part son.

Just as well that we have some new ones this year then - even if they might not be what you're expecting - so bring a bit of dosh :(

Sure, that's not a problem. Wait until the pics are posted after the bbq next weekend and see what you think.
We might even have one or two surprises - if I can get organised in time :p

24 degrees Celcius! Oh noes! Whatever shall they do? Someone call Roland Emmerlich because it looks like at least one of his disaster movies is coming true ... :(

(33 degrees here the other day, in the middle of 'winter'. :p )

Have a great day guys. Wish I could be there - although I'd probably need a cardigan by the sounds of it. :p

Never trust the BBC weather forecast - it's rubbish. It's forecast to be around 29 degrees C on Saturday and that's warm enough for anyone :p

@ Brood - do you think Cougar might take Giles on Sunday or is there no room in his pride and joy or even, is he not going back to Mank?
