Have got Snow Patrol tonight, reasonably priced, a band I like.
Saw Jeremy Loops in Prague two weeks ago, an artist I like, reasonably priced (actually cheap flights, free accommodation with friends, and a cheap concert)
actually, flights and concert ticket per person is cheaper than what we paid to see AC/DC last summer and Linkin Park this summer.
Done with paying through the nose for concert tickets, Linkin Park will be the last one.
We have Offspring in Dublin for £60 in November, I have no problem paying that.

For sure. If I can get tickets for someone I really want to see for $100-150/ticket Cdn, that's fine (It's not ideal, but these days that's cheap)...but anything north of that is simply not going to happen anymore. I don't have thousands of extra dollars to piss away to Ticketmaster.

Neal Morse, one of the greatest prog rock musicians in the world, is coming to Manchester in June.
Very tempted to get tickets but bearing in mind that me going to a concert requires taking two days off work and getting flights, it's not such an easy decision.
Argh but his concerts are immense. I just don't know what to do.

Huh, got random notification that Aqua are coming to do a tour in Canada, and jumped onto Ticketmaster to see about ticket sale date and prices, the presale was happening already, found the artist code, got two tickets for $63 each....which is...wild. So the wife and I are going to see Aqua!
