tbh, before the reveal, Spite had a post that was full of threats towards Telann. I read that and I thought "he's gotta be roled"

imho, whilst the reveal was an overreaction, Tellan should've backed off after that post.

i'm open to any lynching avenue at this point however.

Back and caught up, well that was a huge fuck up of a day so far. Not sure how much time is left maybe an hour or so I think. I'm not that keen for lynching just for the sake of lynching on Day 1 after losing what was presumably an important roled player, I dunno if a speed lynch is going to help us at this point.

Can't really fault the reveal much, as the pissing match was close to dominating the thread and with Spite likely off for the few hours before time out, the chances of the lynch turning seem slim.

I am all for cleaning out the exploding poodles, but I would rather take another look at the Eloth and Gaylan Lord cases first. We do have a bit of time left, though with the numbers on I bet any lynch is tough to get right now.

Suppose I should also say that I find the case on Gaylan a bit more convincing, as the timing of his vote and remove on Spite (for something close to an OMGUS on Rashan) could be taken as signaling Tellan or others to continue after Spite. If there is a chance we can get the train moving that way, we may even get a lynch as I believe a couple on that train won't be checking in before time is out.

I don't find any of the cases out there at the moment all that convincing - all we're going to get today is a speed lynch and just hope we get lucky. And after one dead roled innocent before the end of day 1, I'm just not sure if its worth it.

anyways, spite said (mightve been deleted now as it was after his death scene) that he wanted the bride to `bring it on` as far as NKs so its quite possible he had a counter move of some kind or something like that which would make his reveal make a bit more sense. and none of us knew that revealing was instant death via the bride so theres no point blaming him for that either

And while we didn't know that revealing would lead to a instant death, we *did* have the giant post staring us in the face telling us to be careful about revealing, 'cuz the Bride would be watching. That to me reads exactly like: "Don't reveal a Viper role on day one". How can anyone be stupid enough to reveal, even barring not knowing about the day death, when you'll have TWO night actions at minimum targetted towards you?
Spite did imply some powers which would make a reveal favourable, but it was still a stupid move.
