I am really going to laugh my ass off irl if gaylord is Yuan Shao. Well, played if he is, though I would have liked to see more play from him as a leader.

I see the argument about Ruse playing for another team, but he cannot win at all on his current team, he can stalemate at best and that is extremely unlikely.

He can't be recruited without stopping his actions, and if you argue that he must play for his team, he will never ever be recruited. Ergo, eventually, Ruse must be lynched if he doesn't stop using his actions. So Ruse can either play until he gets lynched, play for an incredibly unlikely 2-players remaining (3 people at the end all on different factions), OR he can play for one of the teams he thinks can help him win.

Really, playing to win is a good option for him, since it's almost certainly a lynch at some point in the future for him otherwise. Yuan Shao presents him the best path to victory, since he'd have to wait even longer and trust Lu Bei/Ma Teng to get him recruited.

I'm at a loss as to where Tulas' loyalties lie atm. It would not shcok me if he were a faction in his own right.

It really comes down to this. Yaun Shao is the strongest current warlord in terms of army size. He does not have a majority, or even half the players on his side. If he did this would be over by now as Ruse (not on his team) is willing to support him.

However, without opposition from Ruse, he can likely avoid a lynch.

Essentially, Ruse can decide who he wants to win and either vote to lynch Meanas or Telas. Go with the warlord who can recruit him now or the one who can likely recruit him before the game is over.

That... was less entertaining than I expected.

Anyway, I know it to be a certainty that Yuan Shao can win with Ruse's help. I already explained the math. I am not surprised that Omtose does not want to vote Telas because he's probably Telas's recruit and doesn't want to overtly betray his current team.

So maybe we are going to have to wait until day times out, but that's fine with me.
