From the OP:

Quote

Army Size:

Each player corresponds to an army, and the size (also skill, experience, etc but I'll just keep saying 'size') of the army functions as a power level of the player.

-All players begin with an army size of 1.
-For every successful night action, you gain +1 army size
-Some leaders, once higher-ranked, may be able to boost the army size of their subordinates.

Army size depends entierly on successful night actions and not being hit by someone of the same skill type and same level. As we have no higher ranked leaders, that's it.

At this point I am going with my gut feeling, which is that Meanas is a sub and Korv is a leader - we now have two people with opposing reveals telling us Korv can recruit. It is safe to assume both Meanas and Tulas are 90% lie cake, but I think it's very unlikely they are both lying about Korv being a recruiter. I think Tulas pooped a little, and that he gave away more than he thought. Of course we will see from a cf who is lying, and with no other obvious option, at least that is equally good or better, I can't not vote Korv.

Need to go soon, but I'll try my best to be back before the deadline.

I find that hard to believe. since recruitment is a night action, I take it the consequences are the same--if sucessful, you gain a level, and if something happens, you lose a level.

now, we have Meanas claiming Korv is Yuan Shao, and Tulas claiming Korv is Lu Bu. One of the two (or maybe both) are lying, but to prove it, I guess we'll have to lynch Korv...

I see it as either Korv is a strong leader or Meanas and Tulas have managed some slick coordination in support of their leader and framed Korv very well. If Meanas is wrong, he gets my vote tomorrow.

Assuming they are not being completely truthful, which is likely, a coordinated frame would mean a risk, and I don't think it's likely they would take a risk of that caliber if Korv isn't powerful enough to scare them.

With that I agree.

I am also not willing to take much faith in what Tulas says unless he is willing to give out more of his P-S convo than a line he could have copied from the Meanas reveal.

I'm going to go on record and say, letting Meanas slip this noose is going to be the biggest mistake of the game. Just saying.

Is there a reason for that, or is it simply because you see him as steering the game?

rereading the last few hours, shows him slipping and sliding anything thrown at him. Reminded me of Bent a few games back.

There is a point where he starts to panic, but pulls it back together thanks to Sukul coming on and supporting him. I think he is the biggest boss at this point.

I for one am not going to buy his BS.

If you run through the numbers, we have enough time to lynch both Korv and Meanas, if we all agree they are both likely strong leaders. There are seven factions left, ten players and nobody is above level three. I am fine with lynching Korv today and Meanas tomorrow.

Now, that's certainly interesting. So, everyone seems to just neatly skip past the fact that Tulas and Meanas claims to have been recruited by me on the same day. I must be pretty awesome to have gotten one point from tulas and one from meanas the same night. Shit, I should own all of you by now with my 1337 recruiting powers.

Meanas continues to spew enormous amounts of nonsense, and by god, people are actually starting to refer to the things he say as fact.

I'd think the amount of lies Meanas has thrown out so far this game, in combination with Tulas' amusing reveal should propel him straight for the voting block. Yet so many seems hesitant for very strange reasons, and yet I am supposedly the dangerous one of the dangerous faction? Give me a break

You may be a sock puppet of Korv, but I too have the sneaking suspicion that this is all sorts of truth.

I hope you're right. Something tells me that I'm going to be a big recruit target tonight, and probably end up on the team of the gomer who isn't lynched today. :D

You are definately a sock puppet of Korv. But again, what you say is truth.

Problem is = Meanas has proven to be a slippery lynch, so if I end up on his team* I might stand a chance to win. Not to mention, he might not be the boss of his team, wheras I must say you are more dangerous to my tender vittles.

vote korvalain

*I could possibly be on his team now, except for the fact Meanas is lying through his teeth about Korv's identity and recruitment night. I guess to fully take advantage of my team change, I should lynch the 'lain.
